Whatever this is, if Brianna was faking things that much to the point where they fake their own death, there are other issues going on in the background. How little confidence must a person have to make their life so much different online to what it is in reality. What mental struggles would constantly keeping that persona up have on a person.

All I know is that to maintain that level of kindness consistently, to me, shows that there was a kind person underneath. I would like to think that the person underneath didn’t realise how much people would grow to love them and didn’t intentionally wish to cause any harm to anybody. If they did do it without a care for those around them then I hope they can get some professional help with their problems.

I really would not usually care. A lot of us are fake as fuck and make up all kinds of nonsense on here for laughs or to just entertain. It does seem like he/she faked her death to everyone here. So that is why it is peculiar and I am commenting like I just watched a goddamn Netflix documentary.

It’s exactly this. I’ve been around for a lot of various Lit dramas, but this is the first time I’ve been present for a faked death. It’s very interesting.

Damn, threads like this make me nervous about what I post online. Were they super mean to someone to get this kind of doxxing done?

A faked persona that ends in a faked death is fascinating. Does compiling posts and info on the same message board where they were shared count as doxxing? No one has published real names, no one has contacted people outside of Lit…is this doxxing?

It would have been much better to just leave the site rather than fake a death.

I found her persona, while incredibly friendly, to seem a bit off. She was a little TOO friendly for my liking. I mean, I know people say that about me, but still.

I never verified her pics were fake. They were just too perfect. Not that my pics aren’t that good; they are. But others’ aren’t. And then she is allegedly almost 50? Psssssh.

But seriously, I had no idea this happened. It's the first time I'm hearing this. Personally, I don't care either way. People here come and go. There are plenty of people I've spoken with that I haven't seen their pic, video or heard their voice. They are as real as she was and I'm cool with that.

Having said that, I understand that some people who might've been close to her (I wasn't), might feel sad and hurt now. I would say to those people; don't be. For sure there was a person on the other side you spoke to and not a robot. And from what I saw, that person was friendly and sweet.

Maybe she went a bit too far with the "death" thing. But I think she wanted to let people know that Brianna - whoever she was - wasn't coming back anymore. For many people not knowing what happen to a person you were close online is far worse. So, maybe, in a bizzarre way, she didn't want to let them "hanging", and close a chapter of her life here.

Take it for what it was. A stranger online, who was good to you, and now is gone. Move on.

I'm not gonna get involved in this conversation... but I just want to point out that the post I read from MM about Bri was that she was staying at her mom's house and she thought maybe that was the reason why she wasn't coming on Lit. If MM made a post saying that Bri contacted her and told her that she was in an accident, then I didn't see that one.

The next time you go on a rampage and are going to get banned, we could fake your death before the banning occurs. I will create an alt, your dealer or slam piece (I prefer the latter) and say you died of alcohol poisoning. That will cause some controversy because a) they know I am way too good to be your slam piece and b) there isn’t enough blood in your alcohol system for you to get alcohol poisoning

I have thought of faking my own death before but that was in real life and I owed money to some shady coke dealer and he caught me tongue fucking his stripper girlfriend. Part of this story is actually true. A long time ago.

No one is saying that Brianna wasn’t a positive force in her friend‘s lives. I can appreciate that those who connected with Brianna, on some level, feel hurt/sad/confused - but I also recognize that the connection you formed likely put blinders on you. There is a reason that those, like myself, who never connected with her are the most cynical. We see what is illogical, the missing pieces, and are asking the questions that you (as a friend) likely don’t want to ask yourself.
