Please send your positive thoughts out to a dear friend who is going through hell at moment.
Spenser41 said:Some of you might know me and some of you might remember my thread, The Sheltering Tree. It was a thread just like this, for people to come and share their burdens and get comfort, support and prayers.
Ladybird, I am so sorry about your mom. I just discovered this thread but will not vist it often. I will go back when I have time so that I can get all the current requests for prayer.
Also Lady, many many couples are tested for all kinds of things at the begining and all and 80% are told the baby has downs. That happened to me before and we just believed the baby was find and it was fine. I have no idea why they do those stupid tests because they are RARELY right....
Everyone with a need, hang in there... prayers are coming as well as positive thoughts...

I have been through this myself when my own father became too ill for my mother to care for. It was devastating for her and she felt so guilty every time she visited and had to leave him there when she went home. He died 2 1/2 months later
Gil tends to stress a lot and what with the wedding as well he is becoming a nervous wreck....

Spenser41 said:I am not going to be on Lit for few days. Something happened to my back that has me in very serious pain and suffering. I could really use your prayers. I almost didn't make it back home from my visit down south. I am on a lot of pain pills right now. I have total numbness in my right side and I can not walk hardly at all without some kind of help.
I see doctors in the morning and will have to go through a series of tests.
I will let you all know as soon as I can what is going on.
Thanks
Spenser

Spenser41 said:Thanks for all the well wishes. Seems all the driving and stuff, really made my back go out big time. A couple major nerves are being pressed and causing the problems. They tried to manually adjust me but it was too locked up. They did some electro stims and did some minor adjustments. I go back on Friday to see if I have loosen up any to do major adjustments. Walking with a cane now.
Thanks again for the prayers and good thoughts.
