Totally agree. Love this one and hadn’t thought of it in a while. Every time I watch it I enjoy it more. The colors and visuals are fantastic!
Going to have to watch again now.

I have to respectfully disagree with you… it felt more like it was supposed to be Hot Wheels: The Movie but they couldn’t get the rights so they got the rights to Speed Racer instead. As a Speed Racer fan, I was very disappointed in it.This movie is a fucking masterpiece. The Wachowski sisters have some of the best most interesting visual style of anyone in Hollywood and really stretch the boundaries of the medium. And the story is good fun too.
Omg, yeeesssssss... love this gem.Under rated? It’s a Frank Capra
If you haven’t seen it? Don’t watch this
Just know … Cary Grant was never funnier
Nor Peter Lorre,,
And Capra did “It’s a Wonderful Life”
This one? They should show at Halloween every year
Agreed. I’m not sure “it Happened One Night” should be number one. So? Yeah! “”Arsenic and Old Lace” is under ratedOmg, yeeesssssss... love this gem.
The scenes with Raymond Massey and Peter Lorre were hilarious.Under rated? It’s a Frank Capra!! More like forgotten

Capra’s others? Some of Jimmy Stewart’s best and others!! Clark Gable, Garry Cooper..
Damn!!

Day 5: A film I think is overrated:
Not sure I’d call it underrated but I think it is under appreciated for sure!Oops...that's what I get for following and not double-checking the OP myself!

I did not really consider it underrated either. Pretty great cast. Most people I know have seen and even quote.I remember it garnering critical acclaim, but most people I've mentioned it to haven't seen it at all. Few exceptions who love it as much as I do being my mom, my 11th grade best friend (I switched HSs 4x) who could talk her way backstage anywhere and frequently hung out with rock stars, ex-fiance and @Mo_Bandy I had ex-BF watch it with me once and it "didn't speak to him."

Because I misread the day five task. Facepalms. Why did you change underrated to overrated? Now I have to change my answer.
OppsyHelps to label which day you're responding to, since many people are catching up by responding to prompts from previous days. Is that for day 5, underrated?
Good thing we are here (but also I’m so not cool, I just have good taste)Then maybe I just need cooler friends
UHF.Day 5: A film you think is underrated
