That was the whole point of your arguement though. Only fat people can make fun of fat people. Only gays can make fun of gays.

Here I am telling you I am a fucking fat guy making fun of fat guys! By your rule I have a pass right? Cause if you think nobody is going to make fun of anybody ever then your crazy because all humor is at someone or somethings expense period!

No, you were making fun of FAT WOMEN. You are not a fat woman. Stop. Do not throw crazy into a conversation. It's also offensive. Do you think that's fair? Do you think you should be able to tell me that my mental status is up for critique by some face on the internet? Stop.

Most trainers will tell you that, yes, everyone can exercise. Four whole months without fast food, huh?? I could do that. Probably wouldn't undo 35 years of eating from a greasy bag. So, that sorta makes my point, thanks. Also, youmwould probably get a lot lighter if you didn't do so much inefficient, extended cardio and replaced it entirely with squats and deadlifts, using overload and progression. Which a person in a wheelchair CAN also do.

Thanks for playing, ruck sack.

Let me guess: You're in a wheelchair too.

Louis CK, the professional comedian?

You can probably throw paint at things, too, but I've got news for you chief, you're not fucking Picasso.

Yes. And yet somehow I suspect the millions of people paying to see Louis CK tell those jokes because they relate to some fundamental vein of truth that is central to humor far exceed those that ascribe to the nonsense you are putting out there, now aren't they?

And also, what the hell - nobody should make fun of anyone for their body type or sexuality. Jeeesssuuuussss, what is so hard to understand about this? Don't make fun of people! Why is that so hard to understand? Grow up!

Struggle, the first ammendment of the United States literally gives me that right. It allows me to say whatever the fuck I want whenever I want to say it and if it offends people guess what....it gives them the right to be offended! Isnt it awesome?

Top it all of with the even better world of the internet where we get to say things completely separated from the world.

Think about it this way. You being upset and offended is your right. But it is not your right to impose your will or opinions upon me.

Honor your freedom. Honor your rights and don't fuck with mine.

The nonsense being 'don't make fun of people for their body type or sexuality'?

In essence, basic human dignity. That nonsense?

Oh shut the fuck up. She's not the fucking police telling you to stop or you'll go to jail. The First Amendment has about as much to do with this as the Fourteenth Amendment does: nothing.

Lit could ban you for your bullshit, and the First Amendment still wouldn't apply.

Nothing is being imposed on you. She has no more ability to force you to stop saying dumb things than she does to make you have a rational thought. Obviously.

You would've been better served by just banging your head on the keyboard a few times and hitting Submit.

Ok lets do this a different way.

Scuttle and struggle if you please.

List me three comdic shows, movies, or actor/tresses you two enjoy.

Just let me try to get on the same page.

Sure, you can say what you want. But what you're saying is not an opinion. It is sexist. It is body negative. You can say those things, sure. But they're wrong, fundamentally, and if you were to say them to a woman on the street - yeah, good luck with that. Go ahead, but I'll still be here calling it out and saying that it's wrong. Because it's offensive. Because it's wrong. Should I say again that it's wrong?

Seriously, if you can be comfortable with yourself while you knowingly attack other people to make yourself feel better... Wow. You're basically saying that because we have a Bill of Rights, and because you're anonymous on the internet, you can insult people. Uh huh.

Again.

You are trying to compare your drivel with professional comedians. They are not the same thing. You can probably throw a baseball too, but you're not Clayton Kershaw.

I'm going to play Christopher Hitchens for a moment and say (in a British accent), "Madam, you have no idea what you are talking about. The idea of 'basic human dignity' as you want to define it is a myth. In the vast majority of the world, 'basic human dignity' would entail female genital mutilation, zero rights for women (fat or otherwise), and allowing the chosen, selected dregs of society by those in power to go without food, shelter, or plumbing. So the argument for basic human dignity is an argument for far greater imposition than you complain about today, or else it is an argument for nothing at all, either way, nothing complained of is remotely unwarranted or beneath basic human dignity."

Pwned. By Dead Christopher Hitchens.

You act like comedians operate in a vacuum. Like they are telling jokes to empty, dark rooms at Immanuel Kant's Playroom. Comedians are pros, BECAUSE tons of people identify with them. Hence it is not per se wrong to say something similar, and in fact it is arguably the norm.

None of this arguement matters anyway because the thread is way to fucked for it to possibly continue.

The ultimate point my side of the fence is this: Every joke, every quip, every single piece of humorout there is made and is only funny at someone else's expense.

Thus no joke can ever be uttered, printed, or pumped into smoke signals in the sky because it will offend someone somewhere.

Hitchens, the guy that said that women aren't funny? He made some good arguments against religion, but he made a lot of bad arguments for a lot of other things. But alright, Hitchens it is.

“Beware the irrational, however seductive. Shun the 'transcendent' and all who invite you to subordinate or annihilate yourself. Distrust compassion; prefer dignity for yourself and others. Don't be afraid to be thought arrogant or selfish. Picture all experts as if they were mammals. Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity. Seek out argument and disputation for their own sake; the grave will supply plenty of time for silence. Suspect your own motives, and all excuses. Do not live for others any more than you would expect others to live for you.”

Prefer dignity for yourself and others.

And here I am, not being a spectator of unfairness or stupidity.

This is:

1. Not even true.

2. Ignoring the comedians that make jokes at the expense of themselves.

I said I had not seen fast food in four months I did not say I ate fast food four months ago. And how is six miles, sixty pounds in an hour and ten minutes not inefficient. As for the 170lbs 8 reps three times a night that is at work and I have to move the lighter parts of that 170lbs of bar stock ether as parts or as scrap a second time. If you only plan on trying to use part of what I say.... Look at the quote above then show me a person in a wheelchair doing a squat.

Extended cardio is THE most inefficient way to lose weight. It does nothing to build muscle mass, results in loss of lean tissue, which thereby cuts your body's abilitynto burn calories like a furnace during your non-exercise, restful state. Ask any trainer. Read Tim Ferriss. Look at bodybuilding.com (do not come back with, wah....I am not trying to be a bodybuilder. Thats not whatnthe website is all about, so spare the red herring). My punctuation was poor on the wheelchair warrior. Squats, no, but deadlifts yes.

Comedians are professionals, practicing an art form.

You are neither of these things.

There is nothing more to address.

Do not even go to privileged white boy atheist Christopher Hitchens. Seriously. Just don't. But that man was a fan of dignity and not a fan of people like you.

As far as you two keep arguing about how "comedians are pros" and "every joke is at someone's expense" - it doesn't make it ANY LESS WRONG. They are wrong. And there's a world of humor out there. Be original and find it. Because what you're doing is following in the footsteps of bigotry and hatred, and if you pretend otherwise, you're lying to yourself.

At the expense of being aware of the irrational and being suspect of your own motives, neither of which is favorable if you somehow claim to be able to identidy the stupidity that you declare.
