The Isolated Blurt Thread XXXVII: You're Welcome, Fuckers

So it's not the structure that has problems?
Just the insides.
Plus now I'm waiting to see if this home warranty kicks me any money back to help out. If that happens I'll actually be pleased with this result. Depending on how much they gave me.

Plus I can use the new system for tax credits. Like 1200 bucks worth so if I get anything back on my return from that I'm just gonna put it towards my loan most likely

My home warranty did. When my water heater took a shit and actually my dishwasher. It didn't cover all of it, cause I upgraded both, but a new furnace and air handler, should be mega covered. I guess it depends if you got the ultra premium plus platinum warranty. We did, it was negotiated for the seller to pay. It saved us some money. Good news though, at least it happened in the warrenty phase. Not sure how long your policy is, but ours was only 18 months after purchase. We saved some money with it, I mean, cash hy not?

I hope you can get what you need and feel some relief. I got a small construction loan along with what I paid for the house. Got a new furnace, new duct work and other stuff.

Did yall see where the CEO of United Health Care was gunned down and killed in NYC? It was not a random attack. He was hunted. Just awful.

Yeah, I'm guessing a person finally got tired of having their claims "under review" for 4 to 6 months before they're denied.

I figured it was related to something like that. He was waiting on the street to shoot him.

I'm extremely lucky, I have really good insurance, not everyone does.

He got the basic plan. Which whatever. It honestly depends on what this guy Joe says to them. I can't imagine the ac unit is any better.

The warranty is just for a year. We plan to call about the electric as well tomorrow. I just had an outlet spark on me and we planned to fix all the outlets anyways. Which was about 2k to fix everything and that's was on the high-end. I'm changing all the covers to save some time for the guy. If I can get away with doing the additions I'll just do them myself. The main house will be his just because of what it is.

Knowing I'm covered for 2 years free with the new stuff I will. No guessing when the stuff will die on me.

You doing alright?

He had been getting threats. I’m surprised that he didn’t have security.

I heard that too. I know people probably hated him but the idea of someone actually hunting him is scary.

Things to try:

  • Keep your nipples warm. Applying a warm pack may relieve pain immediately.
  • Wear an extra layer of clothing.
  • Use ‘breast warmers’, e.g. Flectalon
  • Avoid cold exposure (or sudden temperature changes).
  • Do not ‘air’ your nipples.
  • Warm your bathroom before undressing for showers.
