TSCLT 9.0: Allah Hates A Pussy, Too!!!

Happy Monday!!!

Yep, down here way down south on a Family MIssion. Travel Companion is doing okay. The nice thing about flying Southwest is, no assigned seats. I told her to get her own window seat and I'd get mine. And she actually did. And I actually fell asleep for a bit on the first leg, and maybe a bit on the second leg, too.

Slept okay last night. Sorted out the Keurig and made some coffee. Have no idea what we're doing today. Junior has to work, but think that'll mostly consist of a few phone calls. We'll see.

The coffee is adequate . . . .

I woke last night to the sound of thunder.

How far off? I sat and wondered.

I started hummin' a song from 1963.

Ain't it funny how the night moves?

Funny how the night moves.

If Wat can teach himself to fix air conditioners . . . .

Supply wires usually are the easy bit. Take it a-loose from the junction and turn it on and make sure it holds current, and then work your way down the line until it won't.

Pressure switch sounds as good as any.

Why am I up so damned early???

I had a pressure switch that burnt up (literally), at least it was easy to change. Five wires and some of that “dope” stuff on the threads.

The pressure switch very well could be one of the things wrong,
but at this point, I feel more comfortable having a
professional look at it rather than take a
chance on shorting me out.

;) ;)

Excuses! All you have to do is pull the little cap thingie off and look!

Not sure what you're saying, but I opened the box
and subsequently blew two new fuses and then switched
over the one that did not blow into the hole and it promptly blew too.
(There are two 30-amp fuses in the box.)

Is your pump "down hole?"

It might be, but the pressure tank is in the basement,
and there is still the damage to the television
that seems to have occurred.
I even reset it and it's
screwed up.

Near the pressure tank there is probably a gray box with wires running into the side and a pipe running into the bottom, with a little chrome acorn nut on top to hold the cover on.

That’s the pressure switch!

I think he means is your pump submerged or do you have to prime it, because it's above grade?

Maybe

There is a box there, the one that keeps blowing breakers when it is switched on.

I'm not all that sure, but I believe it is just a power source for the
pump and the switch might be with it, hell, I don't know...

It’ll be on the water line somewhere.
