Two! Four! Six! Eight! JaySecrets Prevaricates!

So yes, you used it first. I did not use it as an insult, I used it to accurately describe you based on what you have written, and it is accurate. You’re incredibly comfortable with men treating women as no more than objects.
List where I have treated men and women as objects. I believe my words were that every man and woman is specifically and specially created by God, in His image, for a purpose and a design. Including you. I said every life is sacred, even and especially that life in the womb. And I said that God came in love to rescue and forgive even the worst of mankind. Where in any of that is men and women reduced to objects? There is not one example of actual misogynistic language you can cite from me.

You can’t believe any of that & support Trump. Trump used incredibly misogynistic language.

In the Billy Bush tape, yes he did. I have called that abhorrent because it is. I have also pointed out your side's hypocrisy on the subject. Again, point out where I... ME... THE PERSON TYPING THIS... used objectifying language towards men or women.

I already directly quoted you using it.
Umm nope.
You have not directly quoted me threatening anybody.
I did answer your question as to who used the word threat.
You are mistaking me somebody else.
As to answering your question as to what I would do when called a
Liar to my face?
I have answered that question to the point I am going to.
Maybe you should take a few minutes and read back to see what was posted and by who and in what context.
I believe you are confused.

Paul has actually handled himself and expressed himself well and with an eloquent dignity on here. I for one appreciate his input.
Jay my friend you and I must admit me are beating a dead horse.
I have a dead cow to decorate.
Luck to you and yours.

Agreed. And happy decorating. I have a guinea pig to spoil. Well, if the adorable little snot stops being pissy. 😂

No one said you did.
Again, you are saying it’s ok to treat women as objects by supporting Trump.

I never said I directly quoted you saying you threatened someone. Again, you brought up threats and I don’t know where that came from.
You still haven’t answered the question.

I'm going to address two posts here, so forgive my not citing the quotes. You will know who I am responding to.

First, yes, I brought up the word misogyny. But I did not use it as a buzzword. I listed very specific behavior and language, and the only proper word to use to describe it was misogyny. In other words, I used the word, as properly defined in its proper context. That's how words like that should be used.

You however used the word, absent context, as a broad insult towards me in an attempt to get a reaction, either from me or from others. There was no citation of misogynistic behavior on my part. Like dropping the words fascist or racist or bigot or white supremacist or any host of other terms that get thrown around whenever someone dates disagree with a liberal, it was used in a way, not to point out an issue that needed discussed, but to shut down reasoned debate. That's the very essence of a buzzword. It's a word used to evoke the emotional response and shut down reasoned thought.

Second, the constant use of Handmaid's Tale on the left is driving me crazy. BECAUSE IT IS FICTION! It's not even good fiction. And it's not a historical fiction. It is a made up story written to further a very specific political view. (That, by the way, is usually the worst fiction to read unless you are Orwellian in your skill level. Much as I like Ayn Rand, her fiction writing, as fiction, grates on me for the same reasons.)

When the best you have is a fictional world to cite as "what your side wants" or "what the country will look like under more Trump", all you really have is hyperbole. That's bad reasoning and horrible for discourse.

Ironically enough, the one protected religious class for your side, the Islamic world, is the closest thing in world societies to Handmaid. They actually go so far as to practice female castration. And we won't get into what the Koran says can be done to female slaves of about any age.

Meantime, the Bible tells Christian husbands to love their wives to the point of total self sacrifice. The Proverbs 31 woman puts most men today to shame in her industry, her home-based business, and her public reputation of honor, beauty, and character. Even the passage telling women to cover their hair in church comes from a context where the Roman soldiers required them to wear it uncovered so it could be viewed for mens sexual gratification. The command was given to honor women's dignity. And the early church had women listed as central, vital members who served in essential roles. In fact it was a woman who delivered the Book of Romans to Rome... The most fundamental Book of the Bible in understanding Christianity. And the church there was told to give her whatever means or help she asked as though Paul himself had requested. THAT'S high praise, trust, and dignity. Hardly a Handmaid's Tale situation.

So please, if you want the discussion to have validity, stop citing fiction books and Netflix series as proof or argument. It's just silly on its face.
Characters in books may experience swift and tidy resolutions to their conflicts, but in reality, solutions are often messy, ambiguous, and subject to unforeseen consequences. The motivations and actions of individuals in fiction are guided by the author's hand, whereas real-life decision-making is shaped by a complex interplay of personal, societal, and circumstantial factors. While fictional tales can inspire and offer insights, one must recognize the neat conclusions found on the page may not translate to the complexities of the real world.

Funny how easy it is to call a man a liar through a computer screen.
I wonder if you would be so bold to say such a thing to my face?
Not saying you would or wouldn’t.
But I do have to wonder.
And I must tell you I doubt very much you would. But I could be wrong.

Well if you are ever in Gilroy Ca look me up.
I am the only custom saddle shop in town.
I’m easy to find.
Stop by anytime.
These can potentially be considered threats and I have seen people banned from other forums for similar statements.

Yes, because pussies need a safe space from which to insult people with impunity.
