What are your favorite TV shows?

Watching Supernatural always makes me happy.

Favorite new show of the season would have to be True Blood.

It does look good! I have two episodes set to record early Thursday morning, and will check it out then since Discovery wasn't kind enough to make the full episodes online Linux-compatible.

So, what didja think? Have you seen the one about non-Newtonian liquids yet? Very cool! I may have to try that one at home.

I love that show too.

I could never work as a fisherman in such cold weather. I get cold just watching them.
What are your favorite TV shows, and what channels are they on?

I'm watching the 2nd episode of the latest season of "Deadliest Catch" on the Discovery Channel tonight. :cathappy:

My new favorite is True Blood...
My usuals are The Office, Criminal Minds, Cold Case and CSI...
I'm, unfortunately, a reality show junkie too :(

I put off watching them until Hubby was back from a trip, so they're still sitting on the computer hard drive (we have this beautiful thing called MythTV, which is like a free TiVo and download management device) waiting to be watched.

I'll let you know what we think when we get around to watching them, though! :D

Grey's, ER anything nonfiction related to unsolved homocide type stuff, ghosts and spirits and related shows, and I am wondering if a new Big Love season will ever happen.

It's set to premiere January 11th. It was delayed due to last year's writers strike.

We're just finishing up Season 2, and were talking about 3 last night. We have regular cable, so it's not like we can just get HBO for a few months to see Big Love and then get rid of it. Hopefully people will record it and put it online; if not, I guess we'll have to wait until it's out on DVD, whenever that is. :( Or maybe I'll try to find and buddy up to another Big Love fan who has HBO!

Oh good. I was wondering if HBO was cancelling the show. Been so long since the last episode that I can't even recall where it all left off.
Tahnks for the info. :rose:

Right now I'm loving the return of Shameless and Skins (Channel 4 and E4 here in Blighty) and need to catch up on the first of the last series of Pushing Daisies (ITV1).

Looking forward to the new series of Mistresses (BBC1) too
