What did you dream? Tell it in five sentences or fewer.

Laying in bed, and getting woken up by the dog barking to be let out. Sounds mundane, yeah? Anything but, I assure you ;)

My big boy Mr. Pinkie wanted pets. I miss him.

Running around a huge house looking for my son because the person who was supposed to watch him couldn't remember where she left him. (a random tidbit...the terrible babysitter in the dream was a girl I went to high school with that I haven't seen nor thought of in 20 years???). I had this sense of dread and panic as I ran though the rooms and up and down the stairs. My body became very heavy and I couldn't move fast enough. I finally found him on the floor asleep in one of the rooms. He was an infant which surprised me (my son is a preteen) and he was covered in dust and crumbs.

I picked him up and told the woman from high school that I was NEVER leaving my child with her again.

Then I woke up crying...disturbing.

I was a car.

At first I was in panic about it, because I couldn't figure out where I could get clothes that fit me, I had no idea what size to try on. Then I found my measurements in a handbook that was in the glove compartment and it was all good again.

I just rolled around the streets.

I was walking. couldn't see the road tho.
Hands..everywhere, appearing out of nowhere, touching me as I walk by, pulling my clothes, my dreads, but not trying to pull me in, it seems, just to "touch"
It freaks me out inside, but all I can do is keep going.

I bought cigars to make a good impression on Nick Offerman, but couldn't get them lit.

More's the pity.

I had one of those nights where broken sleep and wide awake at 2am make everything seem infinitely worse in the darkness. So thankfully I dreamed some arms around me. That's all.

I envy people who remember their dreams. I have such bad insomnia and broken sleep I'm not even sure I dream let alone remember them.

Had a dream this morning where a man had been thrown into the water off a cruise ship. Not by other people but by some wind/aerodynamics/supernatural force.
I don't know why it woke me in a panic but it was terrifying when it happened. Odd how dreams can stick with you sometimes and yet others not at all.

Sex.

Really bad sex.

I was bored in the dream, having the dream and now remembering the dream.

I was playing a ridiculous video game in which I stood on one side of the street and a few houses down, while a mailman was across the street a few houses up putting mail in a mailbox. Everyone was in medieval garb, even the peasants riding bikes :p Carts would go by on the street, pedestrians of all sorts on the sidewalk obscuring my view and I had to guess what the mailman was putting in the mailbox. The thing that sticks with me most is the music..

Everyone must guess and take a chance,
Is it a package or a letter of romance?
Now ye must say what's going in the box,
Or on ye there shall fall an evil pox!

Anyone familiar with this game? :D :D

I studied at The University of Alpine Skiing and I was really worried, because I couldn't get my Master's thesis off the ground.

My topic:

Can alpine skiing erode mountains so much that the Earth's gravitational pull diminishes and the moon escapes its orbit?

The university was located somewhere completely flat and sans snow, and I desperately needed to do some measuring and calculating for my thesis. I was worried I'd have to drop out because of the lack of mountains.

He was a beautiful young Italian man with straight dark hair that hung across his brilliant, long-lashed brown eyes. He drank the wine and had me taste it on his lips as he kissed me. We alternated sips from the wineglass in his hand. The other women tried to attract his attention, but to no avail - he was mine.

I dreamt that somebody I know kept telling me that my hair looks terrible. But using a wide variety of synonyms for 'terrible' that I forgot I even knew were words.

I saw the nurse I replaced at my current job. She now works with my soon to be ex. She was looking at me and pursing her lips.
Also red wine, which I was not drinking while I was awake.
Also, Ohio, and my cousins. I was young.

Over the weekend I spent about 12 full hours constantly rewriting a problematic bit of coding, trying to get it work.
Woke up about an hour ago having dreamt that I'd found a solution, decided to write up what I'd dreamt just now and it works perfectly.
