I'm glad my joy helped.

I think I'll take your advice and keep the schmoopy up, 'cause this time around this guy is actually schmoopy-worthy.

P.S. I GOT THE JOB!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I'm just a little bit overjoyed, relieved, happy, crying (happy tears), glad I can move away from fear, ecstatic, and did I mention overjoyed about it all. I get to transition out of a profession that was so-so for me, into something else where my education can still be used. And I think I'll even have fun doing it all! I can't wait for my first day! Is it next Monday yet?

CONGRATS! :nana:

Of course you did. You're schmoopy, or... whatever. Congrats.

Thanks!!!! The only way the day could have gone better is if I discovered some green arrow cartoon av had been replaced by some delicious photo av to drool over. I'm still just sayin' in case you forgot I'm pouting.

Thank you, too!!! I'm just still so excited. I woke up early today anxious to go start work and it doesn't happen for another six days. :D

My daughter is special needs physically, internally...

she had to have a somewhat emergency surgery this past week.

She is doing great now.

So very glad she is doing well.

Little one's recent surgery going well and going on a short vacation this coming week...leaving on Fri morning, be back Sun night.

Yay! Sending you hoping-things-are-even-more-awesomer-soon wishes! :)

You say "pouting" like it's a bad thing.

Although they may think differently at your new job...

"We're here for a good time, not a long time..."

Resistance is futile.

(We need a maple leaf smilie)

It's.... Codzilla!

We need a tulip poplar leaf eye roll.

I can't image how anything of any measure could be construed from this image, other than the blaring tech illiteracy of whoever made this jumbled mess.

It's a couple brands, couple operating systems, a couple pieces of hardware, some shitty-ass software, which no longer comes in boxes.

If your kids (grandkittens?) know anything at all about RAM, servers USB or Java programming they are doing pretty damn well for preschool.

I think it was intended to be humor. (Or humour, for you ;) )

My bedtime smile: Our comments on the fact that when we go to bed, we have to do so around the cats...

Something's wrong with this picture.

Oh, I know: We need a kingsized bed (rather than the queen we now have).

Ooh the sun has come out, dreams of lover while plans to have wonderful sex with hubby. A day off. Hot coffee. A mellow evening and such.

Life is good.

Had to perform a manual scan of our set top box because Seven Network signal was weak. According to instruction book:

"This requires knowledge of the channel frequencies used, and is best left to an experienced installation technician."

Bah it was easy once I figured out the instructions which appear to have been written by a dyslexic Chinese person translated to English! I also re-tuned the PVR. Sir is impressed! :D
