This looks and sounds delicious! The dinner, too.Yoghurt clusters made with turkish yoghurt, peanut butter a dash of maple syrup, coconut flakes (the large ones), apricots and cherries all frozen in clusters and dipped in daaark chocolate.
The apricots and cherries were aging a bit faster than I could eat them.

For dinner there will be roasted butternut squash, aubergine, mushrooms and cauliflower with a roasted garlic and feta dip.
Home made pesto is so good!Last night I cut away a lot of the basil growth. Made pesto.
Dinner was ravioli with sautéed veggies and pesto. Yum!
Patriotic Fourth of July breakfast, with strawberries, raspberries for the red, blueberries for the blue, and oatmeal for the white.

I’m so hungry! I had to skip lunch because of stupid work reasons. Dinner will be steamed broccolini and carrots and the last batch of cabbage and pork pierogi I made in the winter. Such a good freezer meal to have.

That sounds amazing!!I had Polish sausage and fried potatoes (mixed together and tossed with black pepper and soul food seasoning), English peas, fried squash, and tomato slices. It was SO. GOOD.

I don’t like cooking just for myself, which is what I have to do today. Sigh.
Breakfast didn’t take much cooking.
