Whats everyone doing today?

[steals SJ's spork and replaces it with new folger's crystals to see if she notices the difference]

[pounces on silver]

ohhhhh...coffee!!

[toddles off a happy camper, leaving silver in the dust]

[slowly steps away from the crazed, caffeine-deprived woman]

[makes sign of cross]

Wassamatter?

Is being pounced on by a crazed caffeine-deprived woman too much for you?!?!?!?!

I'm sorely dissapointed.

[huffs]

well, considering you were only after the coffee, not me, i think i can be excused... :p

Actually, that whole last comment was courtesy of Mr. Sarojaede. :D

BTW, I am supposed to tell you, for him, nice trout-smackage AV.

He's walking around muttering something about missing /trout now.

[bows deeply]

kindly convey my greetings and compliments on his truly superior taste to your husband. :>

the mental image of you smacking one of those Bozo (SW) dolls that bounces right back up is amusing me right now.

Too bad all the best Red Sox fans live all the way out in New England.

I'm filling my entire apartment with smoke. I guess you could say that I was testing the smoke detectors. They work!

I guess DGO has been enjoying 'a little sex' lately ;)

I'm coming down from a snowcone and funnel cake induced sugar high. We spent the better part of the afternoon at an arts festival.

My feet ache from all the walking and my fingers are an odd combination of purple, orange, green, red, and pink from helping the little man tie-dye a t-shirt.

It was a blast.

The usual for a Sunday afternoon...

Being tired, stiff, sore and bleeding...

All in all, feels pretty good ;)

My day - not so much going on. "Recovering" from surgery, and this is the first day home alone. Hubby went back to work today - so it is just the dogs and I. I can't drive yet - and hell, can't even clean the house. (not that I have energy for it anyway)
Hubby will be home in about 4 hours - so I'll have company again...
Hopfully, tomorrow, I'll be able to do more, and not feel lonely and like I'm in the middle of a panic attack.

(and fwiw - no, I'm not usually a depressed person or anything - surgery just kicked my butt!)

AboutFace, I hope your recovery is speedy :rose:

Hmmmmm, I slept in (only a little), went shopping, came home did laundry and made some yummy marinades for chicken for dinner tonight! I 'm trying to figure out if I want to keep doing house chores or take a nap. I think the nap might win out this round!

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend :)

I worked 'till about 2 pm...but way to tired to stay at the office (busy weekend, worked all the way through)...came home and here am I!
