Whats everyone doing today?

Finding out what it takes to create my own website.

I know what I want, well, overall.... but the technical stuff is all a mystery to me. I would prefer to do it all by myself for several reasons but I'm not sure if that's wise. I want to learn how to do it, but the site is for my new business and I really have to focus on that in the first place.

If I had plenty of money I would have someone create a site for me but that's not the case....

If anyone had any good tips and advice? PM me. Thanks!

Same thing I did yesterday and the day before that.
Delivering xmas hampers with a laugh and a smile (no matter how rude, arrogant and stupid the recievers are). Only two more weeks to go, fortunately my sis and nephew have the same philosphy as my sig, so as knackered as we are we do have lots of laughs.

Gotta laugh, pq, I agree. Much more fun than getting pissed off. ;)

I still think I'd prefer the TLC without the bug...

Much better today.

Today I shop for the Thanksgiving meal. Need to shower first to get rid of the "been in bed for two days" smell and the mohawk style that my hairstyle seems to have become in the past two days.

absolutely better to have TLC w/o the bug... but when you're given lemons...

i'm sure the shower felt fantastic. don't go running around too much... we don't need you relapsing. or is that what you're after? ;)

Now why didn't my devious mind think of that? If it weren't for my holiday & favorite meal coming up, I'd seriously consider it.

What kind of website?

I bought another Christmas present for myself :D A small wine cooler for the ridiculously hot months here in Arizona.

looking for a back cracker..to fix the s curve I have going with my spine

I went...... shopping. *hangs head in shame* I like to think of it as "retail therapy."

Found really good stuff. For me too

I only have a few people left to shop for. Then there are cards and gifts to be put in the mail to get to their destinations well before Christmas.

Going to go into work for a few hours, and afterwords going to take in a movie. Not sure which one. Then going to my sisters for Thanksgiving dinner. Can't wait love hanging out with my nieces.

1. Buying Christmas cards today.
2. Dropping off some recycling stuff.
3. Hitting the library.
4. Checking on my friend's pet.
5. Do some laundry.
6. Read.

yesterday, the mrs and i had a complete geek-out: we watched all three extended versions of the LOTR films. it took from 9:15 am to 10 pm. and it's a complete geek-out b/c we were actually poring over D&D books while watching.

[twitch]

did i mention that's in preparation for a D&D game we're going to today?

i think an "l" for loser symbol is going to sprout spontaneously from my forehead any moment now.

I can think of a much less geeky way to spend time with your mrs. in a dungeon.

Had a planned breakfast with a friend.

Then, took an unplanned trip to my hometown to go to a huge holiday craft faire. Briefly, visited my family *ugh* and then went antique shopping and then to Michael's craft store for school projects. I'm tired!

After spending my first few post-op days at my BF's place, I drove HOME today. While it was great to spend the time with him and his girls, it's been great to be back at my own place, too.

My husband, kids, and I spent Tuesday through Thursday at his parents' house. We had a good time, but after a couple of days I think we all started to miss our own space, routines, etc. There really is no place like home.

1-making 8 dozen (actually more) cookies for a cookie exchange/candle party that I'm going to tonight.

2-eye exam.

3-housecleaning.

4-yoga.

5-Above-mentioned Partylite candle party.
