"Would America buy a n— winning?” - Trump, according to "Apprentice" producer

Trump has been a conman grifter for decades. It's what he is.
So when people point out racist remarks like Biden saying he doesn't want his kids growing up in a racial jungle, then you agree Biden is a racist and anyone who voted/votes for him is also a racist, right?

It's worth repeating that Hillary Clinton didn't even refer to all Republicans as "deplorables". What she actually said was:

“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic—you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up.”

Her point still stands. Donald Trump appeals to racists. It's one of his major selling points.

So when people point out racist remarks like Biden saying he doesn't want his kids growing up in a racial jungle, then you agree Biden is a racist and anyone who voted/votes for him is also a racist, right?

So then what you're saying is that I should conflate a lifetime of actions without evolution or repentance with a few actions which have been acknowledged as wrong and advanced from.

Okey dokey.

Von Schitzinpants did the math.

He worked out that if he had all the votes from the White Christo-Fascists, all the poorly-educated, all the ammosexuals, and all the openly racists, he could tell everyone else to go fuck themselves & he would not even be their President.

So he did just that. The first ever President to not even say that he was going to look after the best interests of the entire country even those parts that didn't vote for him.

Some more detail:

While leering at a female camera assistant or assessing the physical attributes of a female contestant for whoever is listening, he orders a female camera operator off an elevator on which she is about to film him. “She’s too heavy,” I hear him say.

Another female camera operator, who happens to have blond hair and blue eyes, draws from Trump comparisons to his own Ivanka Trump. “There’s a beautiful woman behind that camera,” he says toward a line of 10 different operators set up in the foyer of Trump Tower one day. “That’s all I want to look at.”

Trump corners a female producer and asks her whom he should fire. She demurs, saying something about how one of the contestants blamed another for their team losing. Trump then raises his hands, cupping them to his chest: “You mean the one with the …?” He doesn’t know the contestant’s name.

Yeah, he would totally never grab women improperly.

If this tape exists and is published it still might attract more people to vote for him than would turn away from him. His voters support him because of his racism, not despite it, silently perhaps, but it is still another vote.

it may attract some but, as President Biden is finding by playing/airing trump's words to audiences, a lot have never heard that he'd said such things and were audibly disgusted at them. Biden is aiming much of this material to undecided P.O.C voters, and if their responses are anything to go by it hits home.

as to his hardcore, red-meat base, they'll eat up every word and beg for more.

So where is the tape? I don't doubt Trump said this but this is the kind of stuff that should be released the second you can
speaking with Kaitlin Collins, Pruitt says the tape exists. Could it be it's been sold already to the makers of the new Apprentice/trump history movie? Could it have been snapped up by another source eager for it not to see the light of day? is it still hoarded by someone out to make a $$$$ killing with it?

I would LOVE to see it used by the Biden campaign, plastered everywhere, along with certification of its authenticity by actual experts to confirm it has not been tampered with, and interviews (more interviews) with Pruitt and Kepcher.

having said all of that, there's still the problem of does it or does it not STILL exist... there's been 8 years to make sure it went away

“In 2016 I tweeted to people to go and look for these tapes because I know that they existed, because we recorded those meetings, we recorded that moment there. It’s somewhere on a tape, on a file,” Pruitt said.

of course i am perfectly open to him having said it (which says much more about HIS character than my own) but, without the untampered tapes, its harm is limited in scope.

Just as excellent is the point that is coming out about that TV show. It was registered as a Game Show, where people competed to win prizes (employment) of monetary value. It was semi-scripted and staged; Trump's 'boardroom' was a set. It was never an insight on how executives were hired in a business environment. Anyone who believed it was genuine was a well-scammed sucker.

C’mon that was just locker room talk. Everyone does it.

Even Jimmie, lots of locker room time in Columbus for him.

That's great, but I can't tell you how disgusting it is to me that there are still Americans who weren't aware of his racism. You would have to have spent the past nine years actively avoiding the news to be unaware of that.

True, but we already knew that. I remember hearing years ago - maybe 2017 or so - that Trump always decided in advance which contestant would lose that week, and the producers would have to move heaven and earth to make that person look bad no matter what actually happened. (I didn't know about how he encouraged the women to use their sex appeal to win, but it wasn't hard to guess for anyone who saw the first few episodes of the show.)
