👀 What are you watching on ______ (Netflix/HBO Max/Hulu/etc.) 📺💻

THIS IS A WARNING. There is a movie (free) on redbox that is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Diablo.

I don't do a lot of streaming services, but I've been watching the original Magnum, P.I. from the files I pirated some years ago.

Been watching Painkiller on Netflix. Interesting to watch after viewing Max’s Crime of the Century. Also just watched Tracy Morgan’s newest standup on Max. That’s some crazy get-up he had on. Like a track suit that looked like a blue and white bowling bag. He was hilarious. Good to see him coming back so strong after his serious accident with a Walmart truck.IMG_0890.jpeg

Zom 100 with my kids on Netflix.
Good Omens 2 on Prime... it's good but not as good as the first.

Good Omens. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (greatest, cleverest, most well written (!!) star trek ever. Oh for those who watched the Expanse... it was weird that they presented Zombie child future plot lines.. and then ended the series!

Just finished the last episode of Locke and Key last night. I'm glad they ended it, otherwise it would have been the same storyline on repeat. It was a fun adventure while it lasted.

We just sadly got to the end of Ted Lasso. From its premise (American coach who knows nothing about soccer/footie gets hired to run a club into the ground for personal reasons of the chairwoman/owner) I took a lot of persuading but it won me over quickly due to the adorable personae of the fabulous ensemble cast. The scripting was a perfect mix of cynicism and humour, much of it warm and gentle.

I was somewhat struck by the New Testament overtones and analogies but they never hit you over the head with it, just let it sit there till you started to cop on. Ted as Jesus, coach Beard as John the Baptist, the team as the disciples, Nathan as Judas, the cute WAG as Mary Magdalene etc etc.

Who is Erin Carter. I believe it was a limited series and it was good. Lotta action. Some believable some not, but entertaining.
