I am really happy with the community here and I’m so glad you’re a part of it.@Love_Is_Blonde I love what you're doing here, and all the Litsters, including myself, who are participating in whatever way they can, who are inspired to get better, stronger, healthier, fitter... And the support provided that is so necessary. It's awesome.
It's a beautiful day here in the foothills, but I chose a low impact 20min full-body video on YouTube and 15min of yoga for the stretch and mental focus.
As I mentioned in another post, I need variety in exercise or I won't stick to it.
Again, thank you for all you're doing on this thread and to everyone here who is supportive otlf everyone else, in public and private.

I remember you saying you don’t like planks. I thought you were running? No- biking? And doing pull ups. Still doing those?I hate running. Really don't enjoy it, I used to make myself do it but I just don't bother anymore. I'll cycle or do burpees for cardio.

I like running. I’m just slow. I kind of just plod along, thinking my thoughts. Listening to music. It’s the only real time I’m by myself.Am I the only one that likes running?! I admit that I used to dislike it, but something flipped and here we are. There is something cathartic about it. The struggle, the sitting with your own thoughts, realizing it's not at all about the finish line.

Pistol squats. Trying to work on my flexibility and have been attempting to do these. Key word is attempting. Will end up getting them I think but look like a fucking idiot right now while doing them![]()
I want to love yoga. I like the calmness of the studio. But honestly, I’m not a yoga person- yet. I want to keep trying it. I did like hot yoga better than other classes I’ve tried.I don’t like yoga. In fact, I really hate it. I’ve tried so many times and so many types. I just hate it. And I know it’s good for you. I just hate it. Whoops.
Most other things I can handle.
