Welcome Bry! Glad you’re here!Jumping into this thread, setting a goal to myself of doing something physical 5 days per week for rest of summer and the fall. Today, did a 5k training run. So much more needs doing.
Sounds like you’re off to a great start after your injury. Slow and steadyJust light exercise right now,actually 4 different ones 3 times a day to get my leg/knee stronger.Hard to get moving when you've had a brace on it for 6 weeks.
Also have to go to therapy twice a week,ugh.
