I think cardio is what I'm doing now to get a kick start on my training. I have a 2 km round with both uphill and downhill and I run quite fast, walk, run faster, walk and then as fast as I can and walk in between until I'm home again. I'm planning on increasing the distance later into the traing.Good morning!View attachment 2264400
