Azul, why do Dragons dislike me? I have never harmed any of them as far as I know.

I don't. Honestly I have no beef with you at all.
I wouldn't sleep with you just cause we're dudes, but otherwise, no problems.
If you think some dislike you, maybe you should try to strike up a convo and they'll turn around as long as you're not a douche to them.

Me and you, no problems. :D

There's a guy at my new job that says that. lol
Only because I am learning new stuff I never thought I would learn.

Considering he's quoting Star Wars, you should be nice to him. ;)
*snugs*

Sure...
That's what they all say before tossing ya under the bus.

Question time (cause you're bored)-- why are humans programmed to crave sweets?

Blame baby food.
Ever notice the baby food in the jars. It's mostly sugar. It's also because breast milk is sweet. We are groomed to love sweetness from birth. Things such as chemicals taste nasty. So we don't like them as much until we get older.

What sucks is that diabetes forces people to confront how much sugar is in everything, especially processed foods and such.

 I would never roll you under the bus though. It's against my nature.

Why do roosters crow at dawn?

Why did the chicken cross the road?

Why does peanut butter and jelly taste so good together?

How do taste buds work?

Isn't the host here to answer these questions????

Well, I'll give it a go. The rooster began crowing at dawn because he was lonely, and "cocky". The hen, intrigued, crossed the road to check out the new cock in town. Peanut butter and jelly are a perfect combination of protein, fats and simple carbs...and taste buds fire that delicious combination via the sensory nerves to the parietal lobes of the brain.

Where is the gentlemanly dragon who is in charge of this thread? :)

No question today Azul...just dropped in to leave you a (hug). Good luck with the thread sweetie. :rose:

I apologize for not seeing these.

-Roosters crow at dawn due to natural biological processes in their brain.
-Chickens don't necessarily cross the road. They wander about in search of food.
-PB and J taste good together because it has all four tastes put together, possibly five. (Sweet, sour, salty, savory, umame.)
-Taste buds are defined by the five tastes. When something with that taste registers, it sends the signal to the brain saying what it tastes. However, if you eat something spicy, it overrides all the buds.
