Ask Azul: The Next Generation

Since you stopped by mine, I will scratch your back and stop by yours. Nice place you have here, my dear.

In keeping with the theme of your thread, let me ask you, and this is a very deep philosophical question here:

Top 5 celebrities on your laminated list? (If any outside circumstance were not an issue, which celebrities would you just have to fuck if you had the chance)
For example, my honey knows that even when we're married, if I have a chance to have sex with Channing Tatum, I'm going to do it. :)

Stacking up another for you, Azul:

Why is a flea market called a flea market?

(Loved the haircut pics, by the way, left this for you)

Carrie Underwood
Pam Anderson
Eva Angelina
....that's it really. ;)

Dear Azul did you know that 5 days of living in an alternative world that the DEA created can be so ugly???

They finally gave me back my pain meds Monday so I could stop stacking otc Aleve every 6 - 7 hours with Arnica tabs and 1 real pain med a day. Sadly none of us caught that the scripts were written for pre-surgery levels not post surgery levels.

I think sadly they were just seeing how much more stress I could handle. I'm still alive and I didn't kill anyone or end up in jail.

Hugs.

Post of the way we're trained.
Live with the pain, of so they want us to do

I so wish they get their act together.

In a decisive, epic Star Trek vs Star Wars showdown, which side wins? Including all the prequel, sequel, out takes, directors cut and cut scene characters.

Your answer could be the butterfly that destroys China so choose wisely. (Don't worry, if you are wrong I'll ask until you get it right:))

Here's the issue......

First

Second, let's look at both franchises.

Star Trek started in the sixties and was known for over acting, funny sets and different inside jokes. Yiu then have spin offs of various types as well as the movies. It's been around longer.

Star Wars is a creation of George Lucas who also did Indiana Jones among other movies. It started as a trilogy of movies starting with chapter 4, then a prequel trilogy, now a newer movie. It has cartoons as well as a ton of merchandising.

Growing up, I didn't prefer either one. I didn't get drawn into them. Now as an adult, if I had to choose, I would choose Star Trek 4 (The Voyage Home) and Return of the Jedi by themselves. I couldn't choose either franchise on their own simply because there's too much other stuff around these two movies that I don't like.

Clever little Ewok! I know your Jedi mind tricks and a kiss won't make your non-answer any easier to swallow.

I thought showdown was pretty clear, but alas my life again is riddled with misunderstanding. In an actual battle, where blood is spilled, which technology will see one Star rise while the other Star falls?

Why can't you read my mind?

Because I know you want to see the new Star Wars movie on your dvd player. ;)

Trek; because Picard beat the GD Borg! And there are no Ewoks or JarJar in the Trek universe.

*drops mic*

you should have read my answer first, Beastie.

Besides, Trek has Tribbles.
true, Trek has Tribbles....a true enemy for the Klingon people!

Besides, you have never read Shakespeare until you read it in the original Klingon!

One reason I stayed out of the debate.
I don't favor either one.
I never got into em. Seriously.

Now Monty Python......yeah probably the same thing. lol

 no debate
I have no preference.

My mom is a total Trekkie. Every Christmas, she sets up a big display with all of her Star Trek memorabilia, complete with figurines and all the collectible ornaments. It's pretty grand. That being said, I grew up with this, and I'm much more familiar with Star Trek. I haven't even seen all the Star Wars movies and up until a few months ago, I hadn't seen ANY of them. Fiancé is unsure if he wants to marry me with such a gross oversight of pop culture familiarity.

I think it's a terrible reason to not marry you
You're beautiful, smart and very driven.
Plus you have wonderful nipples. :)
