Biker's Run..........................

Lady Biker here from Michigan....I rode down to Mississippi a few years ago with friends by way of the Natchez Trace Parkway. I recommend this route that starts in Tennessee no semi's are allowed the scenery is beautiful and if you choose to make up some time the expressway is always easily accessed.

Ride it like you stole it! :nana:

Evening All, and welcome to all the new boardies! Sitting here with the woodstove cooking and wondering how bad mother nature is going to be to us with the late weekend storm we have coming. We've been getting lake effect every day off Ontario so it just seems like continuous snow as of late. I've already plowed here three times and can get the driveway down bare so it seems like mid-Winter already. Oh well...think Spring!!!!

Good morning, everyone... :)

It's a brisk 27 degree morning in the small New England town of Woodbury, CT. The yard has a fresh coat of snow covering the lawn. The birds are busy at the bird feeders. I got a real good night sleep last night after a very enjoyable day with my handsome grandson... :D My daughter and grandson are going to be at my ex's today. Her side of the family are coming up from long island. I think I am going to go to the store and pick up fixn's to make a batch of sugar cookies for the little guy. Was gonna call my daughter on her cell to see how he is doing with his cold this morning.

BlitheSpirit, here you will always have a warm welcome. I may have started this thread but it belongs to all that come here. I like to think of us as one large dysfunctional family. As my verbal description of a licentious carnal act I can assure you that in reality I am much much better...  If I may be bold let me recommend read my story Harbor Lights. There is a link to my stories in my signature section for naughty girls. Just kick back with a thick towel under you and enjoy.

Good morning, blondedreamz. Please allow me to thank you for your post. Let me welcome you to Biker's Run. This is a thread started by a biker for bikers. When your here you'll always be among friends. This thread is are home. As Snake1500 puts it we're one big family.

Hazeny, I feel your pain. Were only starting winter and I am already tired of seeing snow. Plus I am having withdrawals about ride'n. I think today when I go out to the store I'll check in on my girl. Make sure she is all covered and snug. I am also going to Southbury, CT to pick up the parts for the snow blower. That will be my project over the next week or so. As far as the storm heading are way Sunday evening here they are predicting a mixer of snow and freezing rain. My daughter will be flying out of Bradlee here in CT at 2 PM. I hope the storm is running a little late so her flight doesn't get canceled.

OK, I am off to gather the laundry up and get that done today. Still look'n for a gal to join me in the shower. Promise you'll be twice as wet in the shower with me... :p :p :p I am not sure what I am making for supper tonight. May be a pizza night from the local restaurant.

Want to wish everybody a super great Saturday. Stay warm, stay wet or dry, and stay upright. Catch ya all later... :)

Good morning everyone, just thought that I would say ho to all before jumping on the books for the day.......decided to relax with a cup of coffee and some nice reading first...... ;) ........

Jaded, I am so glad that you had a great time with that grandson, and you still get somemore time with them, so that is good.......I do hope the little man is feeling better though when they get back, so that you and he can have a really good time together.............I am sure that the weather change for him though was drastic, and that is why he is not feeling so well........

Hope everyone has a great weekend, but you all up North, please do try to stay warm and dry..........I hate that you are already having all of that bad weather.............

Jaded, sweetie......just so you know.......I am going to stay dry this weekend......<grin>......got to study alot the next few days....... ;) :rose:

I can't wait to see the little tike again... :D Wonder what living in Texas is like...

That's good that you're hitting the books... :D

Now as for staying dry? If you haven't clicked on my profile yet please do so and check out my picture... ;) When you find that you need a break from the books spread your legs wide and polish that little man in the boat. Spread'm wide so I can watch. Polish him hard for a long time. Perhaps you can create a big mess between your legs for me... :nana:

...your recommendation to travel the Natchez Trace Parkway if one is going North/South is a good one. As a history buff, it has so much to offer along it's route.
Back when I lived down South, I traveled on it for a day while on my way to Grandmothers house...and yes, I went over a river and through the woods......I remember a lot of people riding bikes (the pedal varity) and following a station wagon with a bad engine....and the beautiful scenery....wow...who know's, we might have used the same rest stop...lol...my toilet was white, sort of...what color was yours?

...oh...I remember also that it wasn't the way to go if you have miles to go before you sleep....I don't think I ever made it into fifth gear...

...good memories though... :rose: ...thanks for reminding me of them...

...next time I go out for gum and stay gone for a few weeks, I think I am going to find old Route 66...

...fit your bike with a plow and ride all winter... :D ...

<easy or hard, ride like you live>

Jaded, you play dirty sweetie......give me sites like that to look at, knowing that I am supposed to have my mind on the books.......oh well, I will just have to think about it with what few minutes that I have to spare...... :rose:

Good morning, girls and boys....:)

Well, it's day two for me with my beautiful daughter and handsome grandson...:) I am hoping that he is over the bug he had on Friday. They spent the day with my ex wife and her side of the family yesterday. I got some reading in yesterday...:)

I found out that he likes chicken so I am going down to the store and going to pick up some Purdue chicken nuggets this morning with carrots and I'll mash up some potatoes for the little guy today. The ex wife was never much of any kind of a cook. The only gal I ever meet that could actually burn water... So I know this way my grandson and daughter will get something half way decent to eat today...:D

Blueeyes you must know by now I enjoy giving you something to exercise your mind over...;)

Elbiscayne a big thanks for the heads up. I will drop by the site and register. However, I don't know if I am ready to part with my pretty girl yet. I have a gal that came into a stretch Harley chopper (long story) that wants to trade me for my pretty girl. The controls on the bike are positioned forward and she has difficult reaching them and there not adjustable. Your either reach them or you don't. It is complete with a fairly radical head rake and long springer front end. Fat boy tank and super wide rear tire. It has a new big bore stroker motor and new trans. Lots and lots of chrome. Done in a pearliest white with purple metal flake flames on the tank. The only thing that would be the deal breaker is that it is modeled after an early generation chopper and it's a rigid frame. The bike it self is absolute beautiful but I am not sure if I like the no rear suspension for a long ride. It would make a dynamite show bike but it has to ride hard. Not sure if I want that. Her and I will talk more in the spring. She wants my restored GoldWing Interstate big time.

OK everybody I need to get my day started. I am also talking to a pet adoption center with a 3 1/2 year old beagle for adoption. The dog is a pedigree and currently there on heart worm treatment. They will also neuter him for free once he is over the heart worm problem. His name is Jimmy. We may become good buddies...;)

It's off to shit, shower, and shave... Want to wish everyone a super great Sunday... :D

Stay warm, stay dry, and stay upright. Catch ya all later...:)

Good morning, everyone....:)

It appears that it has stopped raining here. However at 30 degrees everything is also wearing a coat of ice again. I am fortunate that I am off today and can wait until it warms up a little to venture out.

Yesterday was a great day. Grandson was feeling better. He like the Purdue chicken nuggets and the carrots. Wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes. They left to return back to Texas on a 4 PM flight out of Bradlee. Their going to be back in the summer and my son in law will be with them this time...:D

Today's agenda will be to start decorating the place for Christmas. I have to run down to Southbury and pick up my snow blower parts. I also have to call back the animal rescue center on the beagle.

Wanted to wish everybody the start of a great work week...:D

Stay warm, stay dry, and stay upright. Catch ya all later...:)

Good morning, girls and boys...:)

Will, today is a work day for me... :( Just jumping on to wish everyone a super Tuesday.

Blueeyes, hope the cramming is going OK...;)

Stay warm, stay dry, and stay upright. Catch ya all later...:)

Jaded, thank you for the nice words........the final is now over.......I will not know whether I passed or not until sometime next week.......but yes it is finally over with..............yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh......hope you all are having a great week......mine is about to get better now................:D

Good morning, everyone...:)

It's an abnormally warm morning here at 49 degrees here in the small New England town of Woodbury, CT. It rained here last night. Then we have a snow/sleet mixer coming at us Thursday night into Friday. Then a North/East'r come at us Sunday night into Monday. Well, this is New England and if you don't like the weather hang around for a few minutes it will change... I am happy my GoldWing Is a snuggled away from this shit...:D

Talked with my beautiful daughter last night. Her and my extremely handsome grandson are home and safe in Texas...:D

Elbiscayne I do hope your OK. Was watching the news and it seems that your section of the country is being hammered by ice and without power. Hope your not one of them bro.

Blueeyes, I hope you did well with the finals. Keep us posted...

OK, I am off to grab another cup of coffee and get my day started. Want to wish one and all a great Wednesday. Catch ya all later..:D

Stay warm, stay dry, and stay upright. Ride'n hard, put away wet...

Jaded, I will most definitely keep you posted....you have been with me through this for the past couple of weeks.........I feel that I did good on the final, but I am not sure if it was good enough to pass the semester or not....time will tell on that.........

We are up to 69 degrees here today......it feels great outside, but it makes me wonder what is actually in store having the unusually warm temps today....I may take the bike out for a short ride in a little bit.......It is nice to see the temps that we are having regardless of what the next two days may have in store for us...........

Hope that everyone is having a great day....:rose::kiss:

OK, gang just logging on to wish one and all a good night...:D

Good morning, girls and boys...:)

Time to get ready for the first significant snow fall for the season. The weather guess'rs have revised their prediction to 6 to 12 inches of snow for today. Then another storm Saturday night into Sunday. Possibility of a foot and a half to two foot of snow before it's over...:( Well this is New England...

Want to wish everyone a super Thursday...:D

Stay warm, stay dry, and stay upright. Ride'n hard, put away wet... Catch ya all later...:)

SG, I will try and remeber to get that for you tomorrow.....I had forgotten about it..........sorry...........too much was on the brain.......

Evening All, It's not even Winter yet and I'm already sick of plowing!!!! 6 + inches today and a storm with 12 + inches coming this Sunday!!! Is it Spring yet?

Blueeyes, Good luck on the exam scores. I'm sure you'll do fine!

Time for more hot chocolate and sitting by the woodstove!

SG do not let the attitude fool you......I am not as sweet as what some people think......

Haze, i am so sorry that you are having such a bad time with the weather already.....I know that it has to totally suck.......and thanks for the wishes on the grades.....it is just a wait and see game right now, but I will let you all know as soon as I know....whether it is good or bad...........

and Jaded, I do hope that you are having a great week.....it is almost over sweetie............one more day, and you will have your weekend again....<grin>.............

I'm happy you have made it this far in the week relatively unscathed...;)
This is the first time I've been able to get on in 6 days....some strange thing has been going on with lit. for me personally....everyone else who comes here can get on the threads...but I couldn't...
Anyway....I seem to have returned to living <so to speak..lol>

Good evening, girls and boys...:)

Well, final finished shoveling the walk way and drive way. I can't believe it's still snowing. Tonight it was dinner in a box. I was in the mood for Sicilian pizza from San Remo topped with sausage and meatballs. Between work and shoveling I am pretty tired...:( I am ready for spring and another cook out...:D

BlueEyes, just so you know that bad girls get OTK spankings in the house of Jaded...;)... Good news or bad news were behind ya...:)

I need cookies with my hot chocolate with marshmallows Hazeny...;)
