Blurt Thread III - Emporium of Unexpected Exclamations & Revelations

Me eith. . . oh wait, nevermind. :D

Babyminx and I are driving off to Pittsburgh this afternoon. Wish us luck. She wants to drive part of the trip, and she isn't all that familiar with Rufus yet. She has a bit of a lead foot. I do NOT know where she gets that. . . *whistles innocently*

Have a safe trip. And have one of them cheez stakes for me. Oh wait, that's from the PA city with real food, isn't it? ;)

Had a similar experience when I drove The Daughter to visit Miami of Ohio. I napped a bit on the return trip and when I woke I could see the speedo needle steady at 80. I took over shortly thereafter.

I know the feeling. My daughter got her learner's permit a couple of weeks ago. I let her drive on a 250 mile road trip last weekend. It's all 75mph interstate from here to there, but there was very little traffic. I did have to mention a few times that she needed to back off the gas, but she only veered into the drunk bumps a few times.

Have a safe trip!

I hate it when bad things happen to my friends and there's nothing I can do for them. :(

Home safe. She loved it. I'm so tired I think I could sleep for a month.

this one is for Rainy <3

my little one's respiratory therapist's son went to Comi-Con in San Diego and met... (drum roll, please!)

Hugh Jackman!

Hope the little one is doing ok, Honey.

The little one is doing okay, thank you.

She's currently fighting a case of pancreatitis and a bad UTI (her third), and she has a fungal-ly thing in the creases of her neck from the wrappings that keep her head dressings on. (They shaved her head to take skin for grafting.) There's always something going on, but overall her grafts are taking well for the most part, and her healing is progressing, albeit slowly. :)

Hope your little one is well, and planning on heading out soon!:rose:

A whole lot of good vibes we've got coming to your little, and you, lady.

The poor little thing, sounds like she is having a tough go of it. I'll keep her in my prayers.

My little one woke me up with the wriggles and rolls going on. Hopefully Minishine will enter this world......next week. :D I can't believe it's almost here.

Yay! Not on the waking part, but on the arrival part. :rose:

I need to find some energy somewhere or I may just lie on the floor instead of working.

With nipples for heels and a 'gaping' sternum, this dood's tat reminds me of Hustler magazine centerfolds of old.

I wonder if 'her' nose flairs when he swallows, and if her five-head looks more forehead, if he lets his beard grow some...

Road trippin' after work tomorrow!

This has been a great summer. Am having an epic meetup with two more FB friends this weekend. I'm sure our respective spouses are gonna think the three of us are crazy.

Someone that I was very close to even though we hadn't yet met in person.

Apparently I'm mostly European. Who knew?

Anyway--Emerson, what the hell are you actually supposed to do with that thing? What exactly is it supposed to train you to do? I looked at the link, but it doesn't say what it's for.
