As a parent who raised two kids (a boy and a girl), I've got to agree with Cherrie about that list. But I'd do it all over again. My kids have truly been inspirational to me and have made life well worth living.

Hiya..I am indeed a transplanted Georgian...and I have the accent to prove it..

I lived in GA most of my life except for a brief while in NY. I've been a Braves (and Falcons) fan since I was a kid, back when the Braves sucked every year.

Hiya to you too. I lived there for about a year and a half, and actually picked up some of the accent, but it dissappeared after a while. Even if the teams weren't always so good, the Braves had some good players, like Aaron, Dale Murphy, Phil Niekro, and present Giants manager Dusty Baker, just to name a few. As for the Falcons, I remember some good years under Steve Bartkowski, who, by the way, went to U.C. Berkeley.

You are quite right about the Braves having some really top quality players, they could just never seem to get things going back then though.
