If anyone has control of these things, can someone please turn down the heat. Rumor has it that it's 90+, which is too warm since I have to hit the road very shortly, and drive about an hour south to do my usual dirty work.

Maybe we can make orgy Thursday a permanent fixture here, too. Of course, that might mean we have to find a theme for each day of the week, which probably won't be too challenging...

Oh, I love having people use me.... err... use my line. The Cunning Linguist line is NOT something I made up. I first heard it on MASH (the original movie). Hawkeye says that he's a most cunning linguist while flirting with a lady (probably Hot Lips). And I don't suppose that is original with him either.


No, I hadn't seen you use it either. I tend to stay in the playground and the amateur pic boards. So if you posted elsewhere, I'd never see it and even on these boards, I only read a couple threads.

EJ, I'm rejoicing in an exciting GIANTS victory last night. The Braves sure made it interesting in the 9th. I could see everything building up to one huge disaster for the Giants, but fortunately, they escaped.

Cherrie, my ride does have AC, but it was so darn hot, and the car has too much glass, so I sweltered nonetheless. Oh well.

I have no idea if there are any plans for a SoCal meeting..but if there were..I would try and make the journey down..it would be fun. We do have a mini SF meeting up here once a month..they are very small gatherings..and, so far, only one lady..but it's nice to sit and chat over a beer or 5.
