Also, I bought a 2700 sq ft brand new house on a quarter acre of land in TOWN for $100,000. Can't do that in LA, not even a 100 miles from here.

Depends on where you look I guess.

I landed 55 acres of excellent, useable California property in Butte County, about 50 miles from Sacramento for not much more in '89. I still had to build a house, but.... no regrets. Bare land prices have remained constant and land is still available here.

You can only post a pic once. After that you have to post a link (or tweak the pic so it is different then the first pic ie. size)


So on the link, which I got btw. you had everything right, but get rid of the img src= thing. Just start with the http.
