If they aren't there to read, there's nothing to read, so your supposition falls flat. It does in another dimension as well as far as Lit. is concerned. What is offered by Lit. is largely smoke and mirrors to make advertisers think there are functioning features on the Web site that aren't actually functioning and the Web site does nothing to clean them up.

And, so, you're trying to convince someone that you actually read the stories here? Fat chance of that.

The evidence here is that plenty of readers are reading my stories, by the way, so I do well even by your construct. I'm perpetually at the top of the "most popular author" list in the primary category that I write in. You can check that out yourself. The stats are in the category hubs.

How many readers to you have of the stories you have posted at Lit.? Oh, right. You don't have any readers because you don't have any stories here, so your contribution is zero even on your construct.

Managing the survivor contest is a tough one, partially because it's complicated but primarily because there is one individual who ran it into the ground and made previous administrators run away screaming. I think Box only did it last year, though--and maybe is doing it this year. I haven't checked on this year. The point is that he isn't just taking from and freeloading on Literotica--he's contributing in important ways. So, although I agree with practically nothing he posts to the forum in a political nature and find what I see as his obtuseness maddening and frustrating, I've never questioned that he is a fundamental part of what an erotica story site really is--which isn't the GB culture from which now even the Web site owner has withdraw from in disgust--and has paid his dues to the core functions of Literotica to be posting.

I guess I'll wait for him rather than archive diving. As a participant I think he's run at least two or three of them but other than that we are in agreement. I may not agree with him politically but if we have to justify our existence here he's one of the players. And other than the occasional "watch you you're talking to" that I would rightfully get if I called you or Lovecract out people don't get to talk shit to me on that particular front.
