I usually go with outer lips that are a bit less pronounced unless they're in heat. Fur around the area tends to be more sparse/fine/absent. I don't think there are huge differences between a human as far as I know, at least in terms of things that would be pertinent to your story. Maybe differences in the lubrication and rugosity, but I haven't looked that up recently and it didn't stick if I did. It's all kinda hand wavy, since there are many ways to do anthros with varying degrees of anatomical accuracy. Fun thing to do would be to have purring during, and maybe the guy can feel that a bit during.
