Crushes On Lit Users

You know you're crushing when you start to pm someone then stop and ask yourself if it's too soon... I've done that several times.

on any forum there is a "royalty" contingent - and most newcomers will step carefully around them until they work out the lay of the land. I know there's a couple of posters who I've already noticed who fit the bill.

I think you're lovely, from the posts I've happened to seen. And I think you should just connect with whoever you want to because you're you - and if they can't see that then fuck 'em

I would agree with that. There is a certain "fear" that comes from being a new member that makes the long standing members almost seem unapproachable at first. So many thoughts go thru my mind while reading some of the replies. I was hesitant to reach out and still am with some members. It takes time to get to know members on the board before I feel comfortable reaching out in PM without it being in direct comment towards board comments or the PM request thread (which I've used :D )

I've had crushes on Lit, of course, but I don't know if I've ever been scared to talk to one of them.
I have been deeply saddened when they didn't seem to want to talk to me.
But whats a girl to do?

OMG, a Vail sighting!!! :rose: So happy to see you posting! Even if you don't remember me.

PM another one. :D :rose:

Oh yes, from time to time someone catches my attention :rose: Some even keep it for a while. A few still have it ;) One or two always will :heart:

This sums it up so well for me.

Don't be afraid to reach out and say hello to your crush(es)! You never know where you'll next find a friend.

Usually when I find myself crushing on a lit lady she doesn't even know who I am. Lol

Lit can be a little bit of a virtual drug, unexpectedly you get a little high from finding a crush...that rush you haven't felt in years,

but as long as everyone is honest it allows you to return to real life with hopefully no harm

I have made several great friends from a simple Hello. Yet I still do have a crush. Working it out though and we will see how it goes

Don't be afraid to simply say HI. Although say a bit more than that as a lot of the popular Women do get Spammed with HI messages every day. Be original and be yourself and you will be surprised how many people answer you (yes your crush too).

You, shy?? Seriously? What the heck are you waiting for!

Haa haa, well maybe shy nor intimidated is the right word. Exceptionally intriguing, but knowing even before I PM we are not a good match.

Hee hee you were one of them. I still think you have one of the most complex (if not convoluted! *giggle*) minds on Lit. But I waited until invited before I PM'd you the first time. Even if I don't post in your th'd often, I still lurk & crush from afar, because it's always interesting where your mind travels to.

Having a spankable ass, healthy oral fetish & good taste in corsets doesn't hurt either.
(((((ASS PINCH)))))

*runs away giggling*

It's that honesty that allows it to settle into friendship :rose:

:eek::eek:

I have no clue as to what you are talking about. :D

I'm a simple person. :)

The first time I had a woman tell me she was intimidated to message me I was shocked.. I always thought I was approachable. I've been told a few times that I was out of their league.. I really don't get that, at all... But then again I was the nerd in high school who asked out one of the most popular girls.. Maybe I just don't see limitations like that. *shrug*

Thinking someone is out of your league is a self imposed limitation. Its you thinking you aren't good enough, not you thinking they are too good for you. I was shy for the first 20 years of my life.. Awkward around women, faltering with my words, and just didn't know how to talk to the opposite sex. Once I figured that part out, i was fine. I was never lacking in confidence, just communication skills.

Anyway, I'm digressing.. Point of my post is to emphasis my earlier comment about leagues or lack there of. The only limitations we have are those we place upon ourselves. This applies to so much more than just crushes though.

Tolyk, can I crush on you since I have no one to crush on? ;)

PSA for those with no one to crush on:

I have emptied my PM box so that I can be your crush. Any and all (women) are welcome to crush on me - free of charge.

You are all welcome!

Now, back to your regular programming.

I've been told the same. Although, I can understand why, a lot of my posts don't exactly scream inviting and warm.

I am sure that there are some, "rules" to this crush thing...but I am new at the game myself. Just send me some steamy, sexually-driven PM and I'll tell you if it worked for me...ok? :D
