Disney Checkmates DeSantis

Say it all you want I’m betting the straw man you’re arguing against won’t respond to it.

I’m not the one who was shown to be wrong.

You go 'round and 'round with this crap because you won't actually engage and learn anything which might help your understanding.

The claims were made, I refuted them with a logical and legal argument which included citations to law and precedent. That you don't understand the connections isn't my fault. Nor does it invalidate what I said.

You can bet on the ice cream man driving by on a daily basis for all I care, it won't help Disney get out of the hole they've dug. Nor will it lead you to greater understanding of the world around you.

You made claims but to back yourself up you cited a case that had nothing to do with contracts and nothing to do with a single individual and was also found to be unconstitutional. All of those things invalidate what you said. You were shown to be conclusively wrong.

No mix up here.
Your case doesn’t involve contracts and has nothing to do with this issue.

The law you cited was unconstitutional. You’re arguing against a straw man that no one else is talking about.

Do you have a case precedent for this issue, yes or no? If yes please provide it.
Timmy is spinning mightily to avoid being pulled into contract law, something he has obviously very scant knowledge of.

Disney's power move against DeSantis is epic. What a blow and right before he announces he's running for president.

Hahaha

As I posted a couple of times already, Disney should pull stuff out of the state.

Right. Disney’s recently announced 7,000 worldwide job cuts this summer had nothing to do with it. 😂
So you actually believe that hatred of GLBT people is more important than actually keeping a large segment of the economy rolling and people employed.

That, my friends, is "Christian Values" in action.

This is correct path. Much of Disney's employment is office related...and has nothing to do with theme parks. Solicit with other states to move each Department one at a time...and make sure there are big pressers associated with each move. They could move one Department each week. That will make great reelection adds

No, they didn’t, especially since the company had just shy of 8 billion in revenue for the last quarter.
As many on the right have pointed out, businesses won’t come to states that aren’t friendly to business.

That's just a stupid reply.

This has to do with Desantis' stupid war against Disney.

And he's losing, badly.

No.I believe instruction on sexual orientation, gender identity, and subjects that are not age appropriate don’t belong in K-12 schools, I believe in parental rights to be notified of procedures that affect a child’s mental or physical health, and I believe the Disney Corporation is facing major headwinds in its business that have led to thousands of layoffs and major curtailment of capital and operating expenses.

Most of the things you claim to believe in never happened.
Disney isn’t facing any “headwinds” you’ve fallen for lots of propaganda that an inept politician has sold you.

I shared a link to an article in the Guardian because it is a trusted source among the left. Happy to share articles from the WSJ if that would help.

Won’t ever get one.
See post 398. Here are additional links from Reuters, Business Insider, and Wall Street Journal. Enjoy.
