What do you want to bet that he'd argue to the high heavens about "regulating" CEO compensation.
Lol, I did once at a mock mediation session.
Think about it. Why are corporations allowed to have overhead costs to the extent they do? Charitable orgs get rated for how much % of the donations get sent for "the cause" but corps have no responsibility to do that. There's nothing, outside of consumer pressure, to prevent them from charging sky high prices just to pay exorbitant overhead perks and salaries. Which, incidentally, lower the taxes corp's have to pay. And, depending on how the compensation is structured, the CEO's don't pay taxes on it either.
Of course, you probably thought I'd argue against regulating CEO compensation completely. Didn't you? C'mon, admit it. That's what you thought, right?
