Think about it. Why are corporations allowed to have overhead costs to the extent they do? Charitable orgs get rated for how much % of the donations get sent for "the cause" but corps have no responsibility to do that. There's nothing, outside of consumer pressure, to prevent them from charging sky high prices just to pay exorbitant overhead perks and salaries. Which, incidentally, lower the taxes corp's have to pay. And, depending on how the compensation is structured, the CEO's don't pay taxes on it either.

The fact that you refuse to believe me only illustrates that you're locked into an ideology which mandates that you refute anything outside of what you want to believe. Reality holds no sway over your worldview.

Yet the truth exists. I have argued on behalf of all kinds of progressive ideas in my life. I have represented people when no one else would because they were deemed "unacceptable" or "unworthy" to normal society.

I no longer choose to do those things because I got tired of being spit on by my colleagues as well as those whom I represented. Because it seems those who adhere to your ideology are not only mentally defective, they're also ingrates.
