No, I stopped the powders and stuff once my football playing days were over. I just do a protein bar sometime in the afternoon and then drink a body armour after my workout. I am not looking to bulk at this point. I just want to maintain strength and stay as fit as possible.

I like the rush.. When the caffeine, the niacin and the DMAA hits and your sitting on the edge of the bench trying not to die because your heart and mind are at warp speed
Not the healthiest thing I am sure but if that doesn't make you want to grunt and get some nothing will

I get it and know what you are saying. My training program is such now that I do a high intensity circuit of three different exercises and go quickly from one to the other until exhaustion. Then I take a 2-3 minute break while I set up the next three exercises. I do this for about 45 minutes. It gets the heart rate up and really fatigues the muscles.

I have always been one to attempt to expand my vocabulary. Could you provide a full list of said "Sexy"? And do they come with courses for proper execution? Also, so many of the words seem similar in intent, would there be intercourses as well??
