This can have some advantages-either you get away with something illegal which is always pretty cool or you get caught and locked up to pay for your crime which would get you away from your lover who would be unlikely to wait for you to make parole before she moves on. There is a downside-chances are you'd end up sharing a cell with a 6'6" 350 pound black gentleman named Bubba who hasn't seen a woman in 15 years and thinks you look pretty cute. And you find out the hard way that it's true what they say about black guys.

Oh, good grief, NO! I've found out in the past week that three formers have been stalking my posts to see what I've been up to. Another one does it every chance he gets. They're not annoying, per se, and two of them and I have started chatting again, but it is a little unnerving to impart a bit of news and get the response, "I know," all because he saw it in a post.

He'd be blocked by now. OMGosh, the stories I could tell! Cuz was my last cyber partner, and a few days after we broke up, he was getting snippy about something I'd posted in one of my threads to a guy who I've known for over a year. As of this past Saturday (um, almost 3 weeks after we'd split), he was still stalking my posts! Myeh, I'm past the point of caring though. Saturday evening I received a PM from a guy who is simply amazing, but who'd stepped aside in early June because he didn't want to share me. He didn't know I was a free agent; he was just saying "hi." Suffice it to say, we've been doing a lot of catching up.

My ex is actually a RL guy and I thought he was going to move back to Perth and since I am in Brisbane that would make my life so much easier. He says he doesn't want to be with me but then doesn't want others to be with me. Luckily he doesn't know I post here or he'd be livid.

I think I'm young enough to know that I will find someone else but too jaded to go looking in RL just yet. My best friends say my standards are too high and thats why I end up with guys that treat me badly. I'm not sure.
But at least I can contribute to the 50 ways to leave your lover! LOL

My guys tend to straddle the line between r/l and cyber. When you start calling each other and working your days around each other,'s schedule, it tends to become "real" fairly quickly.

I'm happily married with a phenomenal online lover who has a great deal of respect for hubby and our marriage. It also tends to become more real when everything is out in the open. My last onliner would actually talk to hubby on the phone while he waited for me. Thought that was rather sweet of him.

My supervisor has a very attractive boyfriend who treats her like she's no better than what comes out of her dog's bum. And here I am, happily married, but attract not quite as good-looking guys who treat me like a queen. I'll take my guys who treat me that good ANY day!

That's what I've gotten into the habit of lately. I really enjoy my online lovers, but I really enjoy them more when I can balance time with them with time with hubby and my r/l friends. Makes us all happier.

I understand the online/rl thing probably more than most people. There are two things that I never forget. One, there is a real live, honest-to-goodness person at the other end of the modem. Two, they are at the other end of the modem, and r/l still has to happen here, including families, work, friends and societal obligations.
