That’s all good advice, how would you suggest tapping into the part of me that enjoys being seen. It’s hard to isolate that feeling when I’ve got a million other things wandering through my head about being…exposed. Like in your photo you shared

Totally get the nerves. I love posting pics but I rarely can work up the courage to because whenever I do it takes me a few days to calm down from feeling so overwhelmed.
No I think that's all totally fair and not long winded at all.Just to add my little perspective, when I have posted pics it's been when my mind has been in the more body positive/encouraging state.
I won't pretend that I'm always in that state of mind, and it's taken a lot of work to get into those places.
I think it's a combination of facing the fears and anxieties that push you down, embracing and loving your body in whatever shape or form it is at that time*, and also just allowing yourself to have fun.
My photos are more for and about me than anybody else, that's how I can enjoy them : ]
*also just to add, my body is gonna go back and forth between slimmer and chunkier, I'm okay with that.

Being naked outdoors...
Is it just me who enjoys feeling the sun on my back and beyond? Does anyone else get a thrill from the risk of being caught (whilst not actually wanting to be caught)?
What is it about being naked in the open air you like? What do you like to do? Alone, with others?
I've only been naked outdoors a couple of times and only in places where I was quite confident I wouldn't be caught. The only regret I have about my trip to Australia last November was that I didn't make it to a nude beach. The husband wasn't keen on the idea but agreed to go with me if that was what I wanted to do. I had looked up a couple beaches in Sydney that were supposed to be smaller and less touristy. Unfortunately, the descriptions did not discuss how easy or difficult it was to get to each beach. When we made it out to this little beach on the last day of our vacation, we found out that we would have to pick our way down a rocky and somewhat makeshift path along the outcropping in order to reach the small strip of sand that made up the beach. We debated, but, in the end, decided that we didn't trust ourselves to navigate the pathway.
I would tell her that I have found Lit to be a welcoming environment in which to post pics. The vast majority of people are encouraging and give positive feedback. I've found that taking and sharing photos has made me more comfortable with and confident in my body. I can be a perfectionist as well, but am learning that I can be happy with perfectly imperfect.
