Laughing my ass off at my PM. OK, here we go!
So, when I make my favourite dish, first I have to get my ingredients -
1tbsp cerebrospinal fluid
1 kidney, chopped
a few eyeballs, minced
a pound of marrow, chopped
3 nice and tangy lungs, cut into chunks
a handful of fresh tendons
some ears and noses
3-4 cups of stomach broth
1/2 cup of thick blood
The method -
Heat the cerebrospinal fluid in a large pot, medium flame. Add the kidney and cook until softened, 5 min or so. Stir in the eyeballs and cook for another minute.
Add the marrow, lungs, tendons, ears and noses. Stir to combine. Add the stomach broth and stir again.
Bring the mix to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for at least 20 minutes, more if you like, or until the marrow and lungs are fully tender.
Take your soup off the heat, let it cool a little, and then blend until smooth. Stir in the blood.
Serve into bowls, season to taste, and have with freshly baked skin if desired (recommended)!
