I had a habanero come up from seed in the crack of the sidewalk and decided to leave it be. It was never purposely fertilized and rarely watered, but look!

Little trooper has survived a hellish last two months but will kick the bucket next week. We're supposed to have our first frost.

Eb and flow of the seasons... It's sad, but joyous at the same. Celebrate the bounty gathered, smile at the hardworks fruition. But be sad as the green withers away. I'm taking a break from ripping out habanero plants right now.

Katusa dogwood..
The maple trees are absolutely peaked out right here and right now in New Jersey. Red, bright orange.
Norway maples still have a way to go.
The oaks are beautiful, dark red. It is truly been a gorgeous, although very dry fall.

Nice.
We don't get peak colors here till around 2nd week of November.
In the spring, I plan to plant cherry tomatoes and some salad greens. Organic vegetables are so cool; my mom has been doing this for a long time. When I was in college, she often shared vegetables from her mini garden with me. I often turned to https://lastminutewriting.com/assignment for help with my studies so I could work more. Most of my money at that time went to food, as it was my top priority. Soon, I will be spending less money thanks to my future garden!

I took a day off.
Yesterday my wife and I travelled to Philly to see a nand called Fontaines DC. While we were there we visited Chanticleer gardens, this gorgeous estate in west Philly.

We still have a number of late blooming perennials. Astors and Montauk daisies. And into some extent, Black eyed Susans are still going strong.Great shots! I miss my garden which looks kind of mangled. There is some interest, but I need color
Montauk daisies are very easy to propagate. Take cuts and rooting hormone and you will have them everywhere!!
