I live damn near in the center of downtown and I can shoot whatever no further than the time it takes me to take a shower. And that's fine by me, I have no compulsion to walk out my back door shooting off my 338 on New Years. What goes up must come down. Shooting is not a form of Viagra. It's a discipline as Zen as Transcendental Meditation.

Well, it IS a 'system.' What makes it so is the way it mounts to the work bench. And that is not shown in the photo.

Other than that you're almost right. The sides and the shelves are 1 x 8's, the top is a 1 x 10 with a Roman Ogee edge. (No reason for that, just wanted to use my router.) And the bottom is 1 1/2 x 8 solid Maple.

Thinking about that more, it's like a "Facebook" bonanza for the dick measure's among the shooting community.

I can't wait to see how much they're asking for the scope/ammo. You know it's going to be pricey. And in the end neither the scope nor the ammo are going to have any relevance to any practical shooting situation. The bullets ballistics are going to be atrocious and the features of the scope irrelevant in any real world application.

But you can bet your sweet ass that there's going to be a ton of vids posted to YouTube.
