Real world vs. the internet

I think we should clarify whether this is peoples' actual heights or if this is how tall they say when talking to someone on the internet.

For example, many people might say
Something like....

My name is #*#*# and I am 5'11" for real but on the internet.... Before I meet someone, I am easily 6'1" - 6'2".

I think the internet also has the same effect on penises and the opposite effect of weight and body type.
