sonic disruption she can send out a sonic wave when she claps her hands

weakness getting her wet negates her ability with fire
mirrored lenses negate her ability to mesmerize
and keeping the skin of her hands from touching interferes with her sonic wave

Samuel Madison aka "1"

Samuel is in his mid forties but appears much older. His shoulder length hair is stark white and his face appears weary constantly. He was the first hunted to be brought in for research by the government, and his genes were used to create many of the hunters now employed by the shadowy agency. Samuel has a large scar shaped like the number one carved into his back, a reminder of his abuse as a prisoner. While he was in the control of the agency, he was forced to kill his family. He has started an organization dedicated to the non-enhanced populations downfall, and while finds killing innocent civillians distasteful, will not hesitate if he feels it necessary. He primarily targets the organization and its agents, but attempts to free imprisoned hunted, as he has shared a similar situation. He values hunted life, as he believes they are the next step in evolution, and will avoid killing them at all costs.

Powers-
Energy Manipulation: Can absorb and then release energy, including kinetic, heat, light, electrical etc.
Enhanced Bone Structure: Allows for greater speed, strength and agility.
Attraction/Repulsion: Can briefly alter gravity to flow towards or away
from him for short bursts in a dierected fashion (Can Aim General Dierection). Physically Demanding.
Basic Telepathy: Can read ungaurded thoughts, and can release a crippling wave of mental pain and suffering, by having the target relive his torture at the hands of the organization. Can only attack one target at a time, but if the target is subject to the mental torture for a longer period of time, it will take some recovery time.

Samuels rebellion (which i'm trying hard not to call the brotherhood) is going to need members, right now it just has a couple expendable generic guys. Any suggestions?

if you want until we get some more players you can create a couple of NPC's to control for the time being just dont have them be quite as powerful as your # 1 *smiles*

Also, as he is a veteran of this war, I imagine he has a past with some of the battle-hardned characters, Mederias (sp?) and Phase in
particular.

Yeah, defiantly, Mederias is one of the few hunted that joined the hunter's willingly, so his powers were barely modified except to amplify them.

depending on how long ago your character broke out, you might have seen 254 when he was young, or posibly even been one of his targets over the years, though that one is less likely

silver doesnt have a weakness but i just added one to his sister golden cuse her powers would be kind of hard to deal with with out one
