I am not so good with bad guys.. and altho i have an idea of what i am wanting done.. i am still not that inventive so i asked Devil to help me out by taking over the bad guy and i will once he has taken over let him know which way to nudge ppl ect ..

this way its more of a challange.. Ing will become the main villin behind the villin already in place..

i guessed that much, its what hes doing though that confuses me, runs overland from a rather large scale hunted camp to the supposed headquarters of the hunters in moments(which he somehow knew where was, what with it being a hidden shadowy organiseation, that is strangely close to the camp) then takes over a secretary and somehow tracks down the head of the shadowy not-on-the-books government organiseation, using the knowledge of a lowly secretary...

Ah, I guess I must not of explained fully in my IC posts, yes I did have Ing run with superhuman speeds, as it's his power to enhance those he bonds with, but it didn't take moments...if I wrote that in I'll edit it out. As for tracking it, after he absorbed Nate he gained minor sensing powers, it was simply a matter of tracking where the most gathered beings of power were and since the hunter's track and capture most of their targets I assumed their base would be where they stored them.

As for the secretary thing, yeah I admit I didn't do well explaining because I was rather pissed at my comp, the internet had cut out mid-post so I had to start all over again. Anyway, basically what happened there is indeed a little out there, but I wanted to conceal an aspect of Ing's power till later so that's why I did it. I guess I might as well just say it and change it if you like, Ing can also bond with machines. So he could of just bonded with the computer and hacked it that way.

i wasnt as put off by you finding the place as much as i was that the place existed, i just always invisioned it as a cell type thing, with no real headquarters, and i understood the speed thing, its just that even with the whole running faster than a car thing, you were near a secluded camp site filled with hunted, why would it be so close to the hunters base?

and for that other part, all you need to say is computer problems, i feel your pain on that one (reformated 3 times in the past week alone)

yeah I reeeeaallly need to format mine, but I tried just turning off my old hard drive and putting a new one in, much faster, but it's having trouble installing the new drivers

Anyway, as for it near a seccluded camp, again I forgot to mention this, when he reformed it was a few miles away, in a park. And then I didn't mention how long it took, it could of been several hours to wherever the hq was. ((Besides, lol, it's the gov't of course it's gonna have a hq XD))

LOL thanks Pickkle no problem i am still waiting for wolf as well altho i think i can at least move us into the house and introduce Devils chars and Phases.. I dont think Wolf would mind as long as i dont control his char and we dont leave him behind.

As to the other issues.. Remember no one knows who this villin is so it will take even Ing awhile to find him and *smiles* just because he foud A base dosent mean that the guy will be there..

as i said think of a guy like Lex Luthor controling the strings.. a man of many tallents.. who may or may not be directly involved... and if implacated of corse wil have a fall guy.. or decoy. LOL.. *shivers* ohh and then to have a creautre like Ing catch up to him and take over Scary thought ROFL...

ohhh and Devil Kitten dose have a point about the time line i am wanting to try and keep everyone together and not a day or two ahead but as it more than likely took Ing at least a day or two to arrive at the base could you refrain from posting with him until the rest of us catch up to that time frame ? Please and thank you.. *smiles* There are sevral bases that the guy might be at, but dont worrie i will move him into position for you when the time is right *grins*

LOL one more thing the guy Ing will eventually take over wont be easy for Ing ether because ing has an easer time with weak minded people verses strong willed individuals and altho he is a greedy manipulative man his mind, will and determentation are strong..

As for Ing's control over this "Lex Luthor" character will be just as manipulative as the man himself. I'd have Ing first merge with the man and give him general boosts in strength and speed and then introduce Ing's plans to the man and present them as if they were the man's original thought; then slowly corrupt and take complete control of him.

Phase Leader of one section of people who have abilitys helping to find and train those who are looking to strike back and rescue captured people like them.

Wynwillow, Daughter to a friend of Phases who tryed to keep his family on the move and hidden until caputred. she enharreted both mother and fathers skills, and joined up with Phase.

Silver a native american male who over hearing Phase and Wyns conversation offered to join them as well and was accepted into the fold at the same time as Wyn.

Felix - The Phantasm undecided as to a group as of yet a loner with only one new friend.


Ing

Age: One year (or when the "hunted" started appearing in mass numbers like now)

Unshifted Physical description: Either a small black mist about twenty inches in any direction or a black goo about twice as large with a single red eye.

History: When a person with special powers begins using them regularly they release energy into the air. This pure energy has begun condensing and taking on a mind of its own. Now it is fully matured and eager to begin fulfilling its destiny.

Powers:

Parasitisim: Can merge with anything and give it life and power, from a pile of bricks to a human being, to a person with powers. While merged in this way Ing can choose whether to grant the original owner of the body its own will or take complete control (of course for the sake of fairness this will rarely be used and people with powers will only be controllable for a short time) The most dangerous aspect of this power is once merged like this the "victim" gains a huge increase in power, well over tripling their strength.

Metamorphosis: Once Ing has left a host it can then shift into their form at any time, although it loses the bonus of being merged and is simply a copy of what it joined with.

Consume: Can assimilate an entire being into its body, but said being must be weaker than Ing at the time, thus a super-powered being is unconsumable as Ing alone is weaker than a trained soldier (note he can consume a civilian as they are not at their physical and mental peaks)>>>>> EVIL >>>>


Samuel Madison aka "1"

Samuel is in his mid forties but appears much older. His shoulder length hair is stark white and his face appears weary constantly. He was the first hunted to be brought in for research by the government, and his genes were used to create many of the hunters now employed by the shadowy agency. Samuel has a large scar shaped like the number one carved into his back, a reminder of his abuse as a prisoner. While he was in the control of the agency, he was forced to kill his family. He has started an organization dedicated to the non-enhanced populations downfall, and while finds killing innocent civillians distasteful, will not hesitate if he feels it necessary. He primarily targets the organization and its agents, but attempts to free imprisoned hunted, as he has shared a similar situation. He values hunted life, as he believes they are the next step in evolution, and will avoid killing them at all costs.

Good and Bad depending on the situation ... *smiles* Leader of a seprate group from Phases rebelling against the Govenrment and all the wrongs it has done....

Physical description: pure black skin and hair and clothes, even his mouth is darkness. The only noticeable feature without light is his eyes, the irises are shaped like the star of David and give off a golden glow.

Powers:

Shadowmeld-can merge with his shadow, completely vanishing and capable of moving completely undetected by any and all.

Shadow manipulation-can manipulate nearby shadows to affect the physical world, such as making shadows turn into hands or cuffs to grab a person (radical )

Shadow Energy-As a skilled Shadow wielder, he can turn darkness into pure energy, similar to a laser but with the opposite energy...darkness. >> government agent?????>>

Powers:
invulnerable: he is quite resilient, as in bullets bounce off him without him wincing, however if you hit the gemstone in his chest, even if its not that hard, it would be ungodly painful for him
strength: just enough to be able to throw a car at you
combat forms: when fighting, he can often instinctualy gain temporary mutations, claws, spikes on his tail, fangs, elongated arms, or even something as strange as wings if the situation truly calls for it (he however has zero control over this)
Stealth: able to change the colour of his skin to some extent like a chameleon, and able to block locating abilities to some degree (so if you could sense people, you would be able to tell the general direction he is in, but not where he was exactly)

well thats my take on a character, you said that they were experimenting on the people they managed to catch, well heres one of the products of that experimentation, often used like a trained bloodhound and sent out to hunt, if theres any problems just let me know and I'll do my best to fix them.

Escaped from his handlers and made friends with Felix - The Phantasm and is helping Felix to find the girl Wyn he met in a coffe shop, before she hooked up with Phase. Unknown side will stick with Felix good or bad..

Long Tight Curly hair auburn .. hazel eyes ... not skinny but not overweight either .. her shape is vulumptious

Sam is 26 yrs old 5ft 4in 120 lbs soaking wet with long brown hair and grey storm cloud eyes. as to her powers she can mesmerize or hypnotize with her voice when she uses a certin pitch in her voice leaving suggestions in peoples minds which they normaly tend to follow effects wearing off about an hour after hypnosis starts..

She also has a photographic memory that helps her memorize and remember nearly all she Reads and sees.. Martal arts and combat training she learned on the side to help her if her voice ever happend to fail for some reasion.


Joie and Shane are also male teachers or staff helping take care of the camp prepairing meals as well as working to help train under Mederias instruction, and phases watchfull eyes..

Joie's

powers he can fly, go invisable and has the ability to see threw objects at will. He 29 yrs old is 6ft 3in with black hair and dark blue eyes.


Shane has a unque ability he can call the earth... for lack of a better term. His age is unknown but appears to be 30 yrs old Blonde hair and blue eyes he stands 5 ft 7

he can do something as small as making flowers and gardens grow to making huge vines that can hold a person in place or cause the ground to turn to quick sand or even simply open up into a hole undersomeone and let them fall into it.. one of his favorite moves is to make the earth roll and knock the person off of there feet.

Seth has been asked to move in with Silver and share a cabin with him leaving one cabin open if any more new recruites are found..

Mark is 24 standing 5ft 9 inches with brown hair and unushual amber colored eyes..Shares a cabin with Rhylee
