1.) Confirmed with reservations
2.) Committed with reservations pending
3.) Locals who don't plan on spending the night there
4.) Day trippers
5.) Those procrastinating
6.) Maybe's, depending...
7.) Just asking

LOL! Think that covers it....still looking for suggestions on entertainment....and someone to help.

I do hope they are smart enough to put us all together. We could be a rowdy group!

I am not sure about what else we could do. I might be able to talk KR into taking pics, and I am always willing to get behind the camera. I have a digital, and would be willing to offer my services as a photographer if whoever wants some can just bring blank discs.

I will get ahold of my friend via amail, and will let you know as soon as I do.

I am a 4,5, or 6 Not sure at this time... love to stay posted if possible...I won't know till the week before.....If I am allowed to come that late..I will...

The rooms we have reserved are held until 48 hours before. I understand some people don't know their work schedule, whatever, until shortly before. That's fine. Just don't want people who can committ to wait, so we don't fill up at the last minute and have people out of the block of rooms we have reserved.

This is a first for me to organize....other folks have said that a common room/reception room allows people the privacy of their own room with the place to go to for group gatherings. That's what I was thinking is the best arrangement. We'll just have to take up a split from everyone to cover the cost of it. Coffee, soda, ice....whatever people want there. Party room!

Was kind of planning on bringing my 35mm gear along. My hobby ya know. Will have B/W and Color film. Would like to do a "scrapbook" for folks to have. Only us. Anyone wants "special" or glamore poses....the film is theirs to develop and whatever.

Of course, you or KR can feel free to take some too. I'll provide a VCR and a DVD/CD player....bring some of the music ya want to listen to. I'll get over there this week and designate the common room so people will know where to come. Let everyone know then.

This place has a resturant on site, bar, swimming pool and whilpool.

I think they got the hint that we could get rowdy....LOL!
