hello all 8)
Greetings: I am sorry to be away for so long lol. been trying to find work: what a drag lmao! I missed ya'll. Anyways, I have passed my temps written test. If I could get a crap job I might pay for the suspension to be lifted and then be able to take the actual liscense test <wink> . Then I would be able to afford the visit.
I saw there were some people who live in SE WI and NE IL: I will be in Rochelle IL over the memorial day weekend to see my Bro & sis-in-law. Karaoke is on the agenda, come on over if you want and I will even sing a song for ya <wink>. I hope some might wanna come, there is a nice motel: clean and not expensive. If there was karaoke on the agenda at this gathering I would move earth around to get there to the Gathering lol.

The rooms are held until 24 hours before. After that you're on your own. It is a nice place.
Just a reminder for the locals. You're on your own for a designated driver or cab, if you chose not to stay on premise.
There will be PM's going out to the confirmed and likely's soon with more information.
If you've been procrastinating on making your reservation and know you are coming, please do so. That way there is still enough time to get some more rooms added on the block we have.

That is excellent news! As of now there are 14 people who have made a definite committment to come. There are 10 people who are in one stage or another of deciding.
If 75% of these show up I'll be more than happy.
Next year will be twise as good! Anyone with suggestions of workshops or things they'd like to do, speak up. Better yet volunteer to help!

Stop procrastinating and call the hotel and make your reservations!!!
There are a lot of logistical details that require me to know who is coming, who is staying at the hotel, etc. Please....
Right now we are looking to go out Friday night to a blues club. A bus is available for getting us from the hotel to the club and back. I am working with the owner to put together a special rate for us.
Also putting together a workshop for Saturday on photography.
One way or the other we will have a toy/lingerie show for Saturday as well.
Anyone else with ideas...now is the time to speak up, before things are set in stone.
WOOHOO!!! We are going to have a good time!

I need a consensus here...in the next week. Do people want to order off the menu or have pizzas???
Friday night we're going by charter (cheap, we chip in) to a Blues Bar for dinner and the band after. They are pulling out the stops to occomodate us. Reserved tables and special rates.
They even asked me who I wanted to play...I told them the best two harp players in Milwaukee. We have one, the other we are working on.
PM's with the menu are going out to people on the list tonight.
Let me know by PM or e-mail. Next Friday night when I go there, whatever responses are here is what I tell them to plan for.

Meeeting and getting to know each other, while having some adult fun is what's on the agenda. Consensual is the word for anything past that.
