I'm hungry for some BBQ. I have to get a smoker. Pork butt is great in the slow cooker, but in a smoker (low and slow) just can't be beat!! And I have a terrific rub for my meat. Pork butt that is. Lol...

Here's an Seafood Enchilada I made recently. With Mexican flag. Topping is Sauteed spinach, sour cream and homemade salsa. Homemade Spanish rice and more Sauteed spinach on side.
