Lets hope it's another Met Office no-show. I don't mind it being windy but flooding just sucks.

Yep... 4 inches of snow here this morning and now blowing a gale.... I braved a walk to the shop. Felt like Scott of the Antarctic

We've got sideways sleet. I daren't let the dog out incase he blows away haha

What a flipping awful week I have had. We are being forced back into the office for 3 days a week from January and my closest colleague and friend is probably going to accept a redundancy payout. My boss is clueless to what that means for my workload and stress levels.

Thank goodness it’s the weekend!

We had four inches the other night. It lasted until today when the rain washed it all away. I held a little memorial service.

I hate what we've had this week when it started to melt then the temps dropped so everything just turned to ice.

The rain has got rid of it all here for now but hopefully we'll get more over the winter

Morning everyone

I had one crazy anxiety dream last night.

Way back in my 20's I was renting this tiny shitty "flat". Basically a bedsi with a kitchen that was not much more than a cupboard, mini fridge, sink and two hobs.

So in my dream I was still living there but left for a few days and when I returned the landlord had added more flats to the building and had moved one of the walls. Totally reasonable dream logic.

The wall in question had originally had my wardrobe against it which had my present day toy box in it which was now missing and I was too embarrassed to ask what had happened to it.

And yes, as soon as I woke up I checked it was still safe and hidden

For about 2 years after I quit smoking, I used to wake up in a cold sweat after dreaming I had caved and started smoking again. The relief when I realized it was just a dream was enormous.

I quit smoking on 11 September 2001 after a home pregnancy test came up positive. A few hours later 2 planes crashed into the WTC and life was never the same again.

I have never smoked since.

Ooooooh sorry that turned into a novel.

I hope you are having a good Sunday and have some nice shiny new toys on your Christmas wish list. Hehehehe!!

My worst anxiety dreams always involve me going back to or never leaving my ex. And when I wake up in cold sweats it takes ages for my brain to realise I'm still safe.

I know most dreams are our brains dumping cache or trying to process things but sometimes I really think there's more to them.

Well done for stopping. My mam needed hypnotherapy and even after nearly 30 years she still craves them.
