Yeah a lot of it is samey and I guess that's a comfort - seeing bad guys lose.

But this year I became ridiculously obsessed with the show "Agatha All Along". It ticked a lot of boxes for me - witchcraft and humour and a well thought out plot. Plus a catchy song too!

But this year I became ridiculously obsessed with the show "Agatha All Along". It ticked a lot of boxes for me - witchcraft and humour and a well thought out plot. Plus a catchy song too!

Different tack, but I've just caught up with the latest series of Wolf Hall, with Mark Rylance. Once you start watching him, you can't look away.
Otherwise UK tv is obsessed with murder. I'm so sick of seeing yet another new flipping detective murder series, with mostly ex-East Enders actors apparently. Grrr.

I like Mark Rylance. Haven't seen him in many things but he's been great in what I have seen.

I like the comfort detectives - Poirot, Columbo.. The ones where you can just dip in to a random episode and it's just as good as the others
