Okay, second choice, because being an evil overlord is a lot of work, and you would have to spend so much time keeping tabs on The Trashcan Man.
I have always been a vampire fanboy, ever since I was a kid. (I was in Dracula in high school. Of course, I ended up as Renfield. I have no sexy.) But which version? BookDracula is nothing but a rapist and monster. Most vampires seem to need to kill their prey, and that would really kick in my existential issues. Not gonna spend a hundred years feeding on rats, thank you, Angel. So I would go with Energy Vampire from the TV version of What We Do In the Shadows. Colin Robinson for the win.

Okay, you can't turn into a bat, but Staten Island has an excellent public transportation system (as does Portland).
