Yes. This year's was recently. Last weekend, maybe? Not sure. It is quite a new "tradition", as far as I know. The last 25 years or less, as far as I can remember.

We pick pizza places based on their appetizer selection so I can get something other than pizza. There's a local place where I can get nachos from - that one is always a highlight!

I like the original word usages much better, personally.
