Sex & Shenanigans

Sorry, I was answering the wrong question. I am about to get explainy!

The Ship of Theseus is a thought experiment based on identity over time. Theseus was a king who used his ship to save the kidnapped children of Athens from King Minos after the Minotaur was killed. Every year, the Athenians would make a pilgrimage in that same boat. A Greek philosopher (Plutarch? I think?) wondered that since it was used for so long, if every part was eventually replaced, would it be the same ship? There are a bunch of schools of thought, but not necessary for this, so I won't bore you.

The point is, in the way every part of the Ship was replaced, so was the Wiki article. It is a geeky joke. So is the captcha: either the ship is the ship, or it isn't, depending on which way you take the experiment.
The same could be said for humans! Every cell in our bodies is replaced in 7 years or less. Physically, we are not the same people we were 7 years ago, yet we retain their memories and history…and physical scars, despite cells replacing themselves 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is that…a cinnamon roll inside a glazed doughnut?!

Ohhhhhhh I get it ..... This is the thread where everyone gets high 😂

I know.... as someone who doesn't believe in any religion and therefore not really in a soul, this kind of does my head in. I know there's probably a scientific explanation (new cells still coded the same), but still.

don’t even get me started on transporters. And sleeping. Oh wait, too late.🤣

It wasn’t unpleasant in any way, I just think my libido is already cranked up to 34 on a scale of 1-10 🤣
I was still a virgin when I did it. And I didn’t notice any particular libidinous effect. What I did notice was the absolute absence of a middle ground. Everyone/everything was either beautiful and amazing or absolutely not worth paying any attention to.

Super iron-deficiency anemic and not supposed to have coffee because it blocks iron absorption. I can occasionally have 1 can or small glass of soda, but coffee has more caffeine and makes me completely fucking useless all day
Damn it ... I knew that... I always forget....

Lately it's been the "drug" that makes me crazy....
I'm not drinking much soda or coffee or tea for that matter....

So when I do, I get goofy and chattery and hyper about 30 minutes later.....
Sometimes doesn't take that long ...

It didn't bump up my labido, more like made everyone my close friend. But it also opened my mind to an option I hadn't imagined before, opened a door I walked through that night
Hey you!
How was the game?
Not to distract the conversation in the room....

Maybe that was my problem: there were no new friends for me to make! 😅 I took it in a hotel room with 1 guy I used to date who was home from college for the holidays, and we were already planning on having sex, the ecstasy was just meant to enhance it
