Good grief, the ridiculous photoshopping of this image is insane. If airbrushed and other touched upon photoessays aren't bad enough and images of women with plastic surgery aren't insane/inane enough we get ridiculously laughable images like this.

It does make me wonder if people who manipulate such images actually know what a human being looks like?
