Ok one that didn't come from the boards but I had to share. We were watching a show on the History channel about ancient roman structures and the narrator said something along the lines of 'the romans flooded the coliseum for mock naval battles, but how did they do it?" and i popped of with "with water" and boy did I get a look. I apologized and explained that usually i can keep it in check because of being able to post things like that to this thread but that one just got out without warning.

But who gave you "the look"? My lover is the one who usually dishes them out around me. It's mostly a look of sad recognition though. It's not like she hasn't known me long enough to know what I am like!
 
Actually it was an eyeroll/pity look. Usually the one you get when you state the obvious.

It was my Master that gave me the look.
