Checking in from Tropical Storm Central.
It's days like this that I call my mom with the words:
Don't listen to Jim Cantore's team
It's heavy rain, flooding in the normal locations, stupid people doing stupid stuff driving way too fast. We will have those who will drive thru the high water and wonder why their car is floating. I have PT this morning up in Clearwater at 11 am. I'm leaving with over an hour to get up there and even brewing some coffee to have something warm with me to drink.

AWESOME PT day!!
It was probably cause I spent most the weekend sleeping but hey I'll day a great day now & then
I made it thru 3 underwater intersections and it took an extra 15 minutes or so to get there but I have a big ol SUV so I can drive where I need to when this stuff happens. My PT intern is over in your area till the end of the week. So keep the good weather happening for her

Glad to hear your PT was good! I once drive through a flood in my old '94 Saturn and I got half way until it shut down and never turned back on again. Had to get it towed off of a two lane road during rush hour. The people behind me were furious!

I'm finally at strength building. My stretch out still need heat but are almost at normal levels.
I'm still not allowed to do PT at home officially because I work it into the everyday chores.
Shiva - I stay on top of where it floods and then try to keep to the lowest levels going thru. Today I wanted to stop & block this woman riding my butt thru the water. She was right on top of my bumper with no lights on. If I had breaked she's have taken us both out. I ditched her ASAP but she is so lucky I'm not a cop. She's just an accident looking to happen.

GOOD MORNING!!!!
Tropical Storm Emily sucked some of the humidity right out of the area and is now raining on South Florida. The day after is usually a hugely sunny day and even less afternoon rains.
I have the next 2 days off so I am planning to pull out some smalls and look at designs. I have a ton of bamboo trays, some cigar boxes and some other things to figure out what they need. Mermaids, sea turtles, parrots... they will tell me what they want sooner or later. Sadly I can't find my smaller palm boots to paint on. I'm not really feeling safe going to the brush dump alone to try & find some.

I just buy the cheap bricks at a local store... usually $3 a brick.
tnman said to mix the grounds in a jar with cold water and let sit.
I usually leave them over night in the fridge or longer if I am busy.
Then I drain them thru a coffee filter into another bottle with some coffee creamer and stevia.
That I leave handy in the fridge to grab a shot when I need it.
It really is much smoother then made when hot and really strong which I like.
